I used to hate car dealerships, but not anymore.
My buyer experience was quick, easy, and fair. I built my truck on the Toyota website, and asked for a quote. They reached out to me to setup an appointment. I looked at the local deals on the website and found a financing option at almost half the rate my bank pre-approved me for. I test drove an approximate match of the truck I built and had my questions answered. The real life truck was even more impressive than it looked on paper. We looked at available inventory and settled on a truck that didn't fully match the truck I built, but was available within the time frame to secure the financing. I could have waited a couple of months to get the perfect match, but I wanted it sooner rather than later and on the sales event terms. I was able to have the dealership install the additional options and accessories that made it a closer match to what I built, so I didn't compromise much by settling for available inventory. The dealer has a set of dealer installed upgrades that are standard for all the trucks they sell, which raised the cost by about 15%, but they aren't frivolous or unnecessary. They make sense and provide genuine value in Arizona and for the truck's intended use. What really impressed me is that they gave me a better than fair value for my trade in. It exceeded what Carvana offered me, and was only $1000 less than what I paid for the truck three years and 30,000 miles ago. To top it all off they gave me a loaner vehicle to use until my new truck arrives in a couple of weeks. Overall I am thoroughly impressed, happy with my purchase, and excited about the good times to come in my new truck. I purchased the 2022 Tundra Limited.

My wife and I stopped by yesterday to look at a pink 2020 Dodge Charger. I had talked to Hayli and we were going to come down after she left work so she set me up with Robert. Once we got to the dealership they got Robert for us. We proceeded to look at the car. I asked Robert some questions about the price, interest rate Robert was honest and showed me everything, we Decided for they price we could get a new one for a little bit more. I have bought over 30 vehicles in my life and you don’t find many people that are as honest as Robert.

Great non-pressure experience.
We don’t buy cars that often. We buy and hold them for a very long time. I must say these guys are very non pressure and made the buying experience one of the best we have ever had. No surprises when you go to sign either, what we agreed upon was what we saw at signing. They were patient with us while we reviewed our options, answered all our questions, and most important gave us time. Haylee was great.

Daily these folks are successfully working to shatter the old stereotypes and dread of buying a car. Hands down, best customer service and car buying experience in Arizona! A better way
I have bought cars from them twice now. They don't pressure you to buy and each time it is a good experience. They really seem to care that I had a good experience.

Our salesman Tony was very well informed both about the features of the Camry options we were considering, and about the availability of options that would actually arrive soon at the dealership. After a meeting in the morning, he stayed long after his workday should’ve ended to answer many more questions and complete the sale. He redoubled our trust in Berge Toyota.
