Alfredo is not a man of his word

Beware of this dealership and specifically Alfredo. He makes promises to get you into the store then adds all type of fees to the purchase price. I drove 150 miles round trip to buy a car on his promise to match my car max offer and to sell me a car at MSRP. When I arrived he offered 2000 less and raise the price of the car 5000 over MSRP. This would have been my 2nd purchase from belle glade.

This dealership makes the city business looks bad for those whom comes for the outside to shop for cars.but no I would not refer this lot to anyone

Never returns phone calls.

This dealership never returns phone calls. It is absolutely appalling that after repeatedly calling this dealership, I have never gotten a call back. I guess they really don't want to sell me a car. If I don't qualify for a vehicle, at least have the courtesy of calling me and telling me.

Deceptive and dishonest

The dealership was dirty and empty. When I spoke to the sales lady and showed her the screenshot from their own website with the price of the Cadillac she said that she hated it when the owner priced cars that way online and it made her life miserable. Of course they refused to honor the price on their website. What was ironic is that before I went there I had a friend who told me that the dealership was dishonest but I went anyway. I found out he was right.

BOUGHT USED CADILLAC WAS HAPPY WITH SALES PERSON GI GI HAD EVERY THING READY WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE CAR NEEDED PART ORDERED FOR FRONT DOOR LOCK. SHE TOOK CARE OF THAT NO COST TO ME. BROUGHT CAR BACK WEEK LATER HAD PART INSTALLED PLUS OIL CHANGE NO COST TO ME THANKS CHUCK AND PAULA

I went to belle glade Cadillac Chevy Buick ...for three weeks now threw the hurricane and problem getting there I’ve been working with a sales woman there all this time her name Gigi this woman is awesome there nothing this woman won’t do for her customers and definitely her co workers everybody there are just so friendly if there’s something you don’t like GIGI will bend over backwards for you I drove from Davie to belle glade and I’m happy I did if your looking for a car a truck an suv go see Gigi she is the one thank you to the staff at belle glade Cadillac Chevrolet Buick ....c Sutton

OLDER TRUCK WITH LOW MILES

I found my work truck through CARFAX. Carfax lead me here. Amanda and Kelly made this easy. TRUCK DID NOT QUAILY FOR LOAN. I had to scramble to put offer in THEY ACCEPTED! I drove my used truck home, which is a 2 hour commute. I am pleased with the service, communication, and no nonsense approach I received. THANK YOU

My Quality of Repair is because I've been having a problem with the sensor light coming on and displaying a CODE 95 on the dashboard. Hasn't been resolved since nearly the 2nd year I had it and also because either it doesn't happen when it's being serviced and lately because of the past Hurricane disaster, truly understandable.
