O n 07/20/2022 I brought my 2019 Tacoma in for 30,000 mile service. Approximately 45 minutes later I was handed an itemized bill for service and parts. When I was home I read the itemized bill and decided to remove my air filter. If was an old filter; not serviced. Went back to the dealership to complaint to the advisor. He admitted the part was not replaced and service was not performed. He said he would refund me. I never received a refund. I now questing whether they performed any service on my truck. It's my opinion I was fleeced by a few employees that participate in fraud through the dealership. What's CLEAR here is fraud and deception. How many others that are unaware. If I hadn't decided to look at the filter I wouldn't have known.

"Hi Todd 👋, this is the team at Beaverton Toyota. We just received your information and have notified our team who will be reaching out shortly!" "I have gathered your information here and have sent an email to my management staff to reach out." For 13 days your dealership has text me. Not one of those text tells me my refund was prossessed. Not one of these text reads, "...we can't reachyou". Ive been to your dealership in person on the 19th, 20, and 08/01. The manager is always unavailable. Beaverton Toyota committed prohibited practices of ORS 746.292 (4)(c) unauthorized repairs. Definition: "Charge for repairs not actually performed, or add the cost of repairs not actually performed to any repair estimate." I have proof, evidence and confession by your Express Service Consultant. I don't believe I am the only victim of fleecing by Beaverton Toyota dealership. If you had re pairs done by Beaverton Toyota, ask to see replaced part and was it necessary and described in detail. Buyer beware.

Do you need to reach out to me to issue a refund? You promised me a refund the day after the "unauthorized Repairs" were performed. Just give me my money or complete the service as indicated on my invoice I paid in full. Beaverton Toyota is committing a crime of ORS 746.292(4)(c)unauthorized repairs; "Charge for repairs not actually performed, or add the cost of repairs not actually to be performed to any repair estimate." I paid the invoice, you did not perform the service. That is fraud! If this is a error on your part, why not refund my money? If anyone has work performed at this Beaverton Toyota dealership ask to see the replaced parts. Or get your refund fast.

Tony was great! After having my brand new RAV4 totaled (also bought at Beaverton Toyota), Tony was very helpful with getting the ball rolling for another RAV4. My back to back experiences at Beaverton Toyota have been flawless, and I will always be starting any future car buying with Tony and Bud.
