Great experience and got a good car

I needed a car to get me to work and back and I was fortunate enough to live close to beaverton car company so I checked it out. Didn't need to look further! I was able to get a 2005 volvo s40 with 70,000 miles on it and at a price I could afford. Yea you overpay when going through a dealer but it helps your credit and if you don't have $5000 plus to fork out for a used car its the way to go. I'm very satisfied with my car great gas mileage and no issues

Scott was a dream to work with when deciding to trade in our little hybrid for something bigger for our new small business. He really took the time to help us find what we were looking for, and listened to our specific situation. He never was pushy at all! I was the pushy wife about wanting the car we found after looking at many. Ha! Scott also went so far after all the paperwork was done and the deal was made, to explain to us all the bells and whistles of our new SUV. It was a really great experience, and FAR better than we expected. We can't stop talking about how this new car is perfect for our current needs, and how that wasn't a stressful experience like we expected. Thanks, Scott! Sam + Josh

I had a '10 mini Cooper S. Needed major repair and I couldn't afford it. I am a full time worker and student so I needed a car asap. I visited 9 different dealers. I had only 5k down and I owed quite a bit still on the mini. No other place could help me or didn't want to try. They would try other cars. They pushed cars I didn't want. I drove 12 cars yesterday. I shopped from 10 am to 9pm no joke. I needed a car and nothing happened. Today 9/23 I went to Beaverton Car company and Scott helped me with everything. They did everything. They double checked everything. Even with my super tight situation they gave me more for my car, they found me an even better car with a good monthly price. And I didn't even need a cosigner. They went above and far beyond. If one car didn't work they tried a different one that I chose and we're patient with my 1 mil questions. They saved my xxx. No joke. No gimmick. They were the first and only place I went today and thank God I did. Thank you Scott and Beaverton Car Company. Thank you!!

Lies and Incompetence

I bought a Lexus 430 SC from these people a few weeks ago. They told me that it had been "inspected and re-conditioned" and that all was in good order. I had to come back after the car was supposedly detailed. There was bird xxxx on the back of the car and the salesman laughed saying that was my problem now. When I got home, (Springfield)I discovered a flat tire. Les Schwab wouldn't fix it because the tires were too old and the sides were cracking. These cracks in the side walls had been blacked over making them difficult to see. 4 new tires cost me an additional $1,250. I called Jeremy asking that they pay for the tires, and was told that he'd have to get back to me. That never happened. Screws for the rear license plate were too small and rotated in place. Lies and incompetence; be careful.

I worked with Scott to get an incredible car at a great price.  If you hate dealing with car sales people then go see Scott.  He was honest, transparent, didn't play any typical car salesman games with me and most importantly never pressured me one time, but simply wanted to help me find a car I really liked.  I will only be buying my cars from Scott for as long as he is at Beaverton Car Company.

My car buying experience at Beaverton Car Company was seamless and actually enjoyable. Scott was great to work with and really helped me to find a vehicle that suited my needs perfectly. I'm fairly picky and Scott was very patient, listened to what I wanted and never pushed me as so many car salespeople do. He let me make my own decisions regarding a vehicle after providing me with very helpful information and insight. He was also a great help in getting me the best financing possible. Recently purchased a quality used vehicle at a great price at Beaverton Car Company working with Scott. It was a positive experience. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or sold to. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns and was easy to work with. I'd definitely work with him again in the future.

We worked with Jeremy and never felt any pressure to buy. On the car we looked at, I noticed right away the tires were bald and one other minor issue with the sunroof both of which they agreed to fix without us even asking. We had some questions about the GPS system and while we were working with Jeremy, the owner went out and explored our question and came back with what he found. We had our five year old with us, who after a while was pretty bored and not on his best behavior. Jeremy Never missed a beat and was engaging with him. I grabbed the wrong paperwork for our trade in and he still let us drive the car off the lot and was flexible with getting him the title a few days later. A day after we bought the car, I noticed a couple issues, texted him about it and he worked with us to check them out and get them fixed at no cost to us. This is after we signed a paper saying we bought the car “as is.” They we’re not obligated to fix this, but they did it anyways! Overall a fantastic experience, even in light of the stress of the issues we noticed after we bought. I will definitely utilize them the next time we are looking for a car! Thanks so much!
