10/22/2020 UPDATE!! The feedback from the owner on my first review is complete hogwash. They didn’t “miss a spot” unless the spot was the whole entire car. Why should I trust them to do the right thing when they already had two chances to do so? Truly they don’t want to do anything about the issue, just offering lip service to try and keep their name in good standing, but their reputation will catch up with them. They are pawning off lemons to honest people and throwing their hands up when you try and work with them. The car I purchased less than 10 days ago is already going into the shop. Won’t start from the barely 300 miles I’ve put on it. Such quality and customer service from this company, I wouldn’t recommend you do any business with them unless you enjoy being disrespected and cheated. On 10/13/2020 I looked at and purchased a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. The car was in good mechanical condition but filthy on the interior. I requested to have the car detailed before purchase and was informed the car was cleaned. After being told the car has had a detail over two months ago and they would try to charge me 125$ for a basic detail. The interior looked like they rented the car out or used it as a shop car. So I asked if we could have it detailed anyway. Blake went in the back and asked the boss to have this approved. The car was “detailed” only to have the same exact interior issues be present. Blake at Beaverton car company was my sales rep. Will never buy from these guys again. Lied right to my face even after confronting them. I was told to leave the lot. They don’t care for their customers, only for car sales

UPDATE: it’s been one week since I bought the vehicle and it’s been in the shop for 5 days. Beaverton car Company has done almost nothing to accommodate the issue and make things better for selling me a “lemon” of a truck. One more week projected before repairs will be finished. Abdou, the owner, does not seem to care about his customers in any way. I’ve decided to speak with a lawyer and see what my options are here. I will update again soon. Just bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado 3 days ago. I drove the rig home and then to work. I noticed a shutter that I thought was coming from driving over the yellow line, however it was not. The shudder was very constant and I noticed my RPMs ramping up really high when shifting between gears. I called and got the usual “no way I drove that truck and it drove fine”. I was told to bring the truck in and that they would give me a loaner until they figured out what the issue was and I agreed. After careful consideration I decided to take the truck to a local Chevy dealership in Albany and paid the diagnostics fee out of pocket to have the transmission diagnosed by a service center that wasn’t involved in the sale of the vehicle. I was called a couple hours later and was notified that the transmission is shot. I was told that The transmission fluid was so burnt that it had probably hadn’t been serviced since the sale of the vehicle (opinion). The truck will now be in the shop for the next two weeks for repair. While I understand that the truck is used, I don’t understand how it can be sold without the dealership checking the quality of the fluids. Luckily I purchased the 38k mike warranty! Being in the middle of Portland and with the traffic, I wasn’t comfortable driving the truck around room much so I took it around the block once and that was about it. I wish now that I would have. Aside from the mechanical issue, I was given an extremely used key fob that barely works. Jeremy told me he would get ahold of a new one for me at “wholesale” price. Never did. I think i deserve a new programmed key fob on them after all this!

I needed a reliable pick up for my job and and Hugo my guy hooked it up, made the process easy and his outgoing personality really made the annoying paper work easy and worth the wait. Will buy from their again for sure.

I purchased a 2007 Ford F-150 from this place on May 21 2020, according to the salesman, Jeremy Zaske, the car didn’t have any problems and I didn’t have to worry about checking the car. I believed him, but I wanted to double check. Due to COVID I was only able to do a car check with a Ford authorized location on May 28, where they told me there were 2 leaks in both the transmission and power steering, and a mirror adjustment problem. Due to these issues I had to schedule a follow-up car diagnosis in order to find where the leaks were coming from. That happened on June 2, the cost to fix these issues would be $755.49. The next day I called Beaverton Used Car and Jeremy was not working. The person I spoke on the phone with didn’t seem to want to help. So I called on June 4th, when I spoke with Jeremy he told me he would speak with his manager and call me in the next hour about refunding me for those issues to be fixed. Jeremy didn’t call on the same day but called the next morning, June 5th, and told me that they would not refund me, but they could fix the problems there if I wanted. He continued to disparage Ford for the prices they were charging, he also told me he would check the cost with his mechanic and give me a call back, which did not make any sense since I was under the impression that they would cover the repairs, and said he would call back. He never called back, I have called on June 8th to follow up, but he was busy and again did not return my message. At this point it is very clear that they are avoiding me and not wanting to fix the issue. When I purchased the car we had a verbal agreement that I would check on the car and they would address any problems I found, and on top of that they also advertised and told me about their warranty that is good for 3,000 miles, but I didn’t receive any paperwork for this guarantee. Both leaks could potentially damage the car engine and gears which would result in a very expensive trip to the mechanic, but Beaverton Used Cars, at best, missed those problems, and, when speaking with Jeremy, he said that you are supposed to expect this type of issue with a used car. At this point I will pay for it myself and not deal with them anymore. Beware before buying here that they will not honor the warranty they offer or any type of problems you may find in the car, their mechanic apparently does a very basic check of the cars so I would advise that you do a pre-purchase inspection and not believe what they tell you. As a small business owner who also deals with sales and is often making things right with customers, I would absolute not advise you deal with this business, their prices may be lower but it comes with the potential for costly mechanic visits.

Amazing customer service at Beaverton Car Company! I bought a car here a little over 3 months ago and it was the easiest experience I have ever been through. They listened to what I was looking for what price I was willing to pay and made it happen. I was literally in and out, I highly recommend this dealership!

The Best car dealership I have been to! Beaverton Car Company has really blown me away by the way they provided great customer service in order for me to come home with my new car. They really listened to what I wanted, and cared for my budget. They did not try to up sell me, they worked with how much I was willing to spend and made it happen. The Easiest car buying experience!

I have worked with Beaverton Car Company a few times over the years, and I will continue to return time and time again. Most recently they helped me find a perfect first car for my oldest son and let us test drive several cars before we made our decision. They even let us take a car over the weekend to make our final choice. I love having a local company I can put my trust in, and they have come through with each purchase I have made to date.
