BUY A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE
Do not buy anything from them!! The first day we brought the car the check engine light came on. They were closed by the time we got off from work. We call the next day and took the care in and was told we needed to buy premium gas and get a tune up. They reset the check engine light it came back on the same day. We put in premium gas and received a turn up the very next day. Light came back on we were told it was the Catalytic converter. Call Beach Blvd. Automotive to tell them light was back on they said it would take about 2 weeks before they could get us in. They said it was the Catalytic converter and we would have to pay 50% of the cost to fix. Then we made a payment and didn't pay attention to the receipt until we got home. Called back to try and get someone to explain the charges. After a week of no calls back, their system being down and Julie was not available. I was told by Maria that I would have to make an appointment with the Finance or General Manager for an explanation of their invoice. I told her it was a simple question needed to understand why the numbers were different. She was a little short with me and said she would call me back on Tuesday or Wednesday with appointment information today is Friday. How could the billing/collection/accounting people not know how to explain their invoice? They sell cars 7 days a week and you mean to tell me management is not there? I hope people will read this review and not get caught in this mess!!
Never contacted by the dealership.
Never contacted by the dealership. Emailed and called about 2 vehicles and did not receive any information. I live 4hrs away. I do-not want want to drive that amount of time and the vehicle is not on the lot.

I sent a request thru the website and then again via chat. Someone was supposed to contact me. I simply wanted to know the actual mileage and if the carfax is available - before I come to see it. If it’s not within my parameters, I’m not going to waste time to go see it. No one ever contacted me back.
Not even your hated enemy should you send here.
Let's see. Salesman lied about car condition. Lied about having to get life insurance. Lied about everything. Claimed brakes etc was done. Nothing. They sold my account to some company without notifying me. Then get this. They never paid the company any money I paid them previously (I had ALWAYS over payed). So my credit went down by 80 odd points. I called, went down there, emailed. It got to the point the company they sold it to realized they were LYING, and actually helped me to fight them. I ended up writing a letter to the state, after which point the owner had the GALL to call me to say why didn't I try to work it out without getting the govt. involved. After 8 months (while I continued to make payments to this new company) they paid them what was owed and my negative balance suddenly was way in the positive. All the time this was going on, the car left us on the road at least 4 times. Spent thousands getting it functional. To the point where I can fix most non internal parts on a Saab. If I get rich, I would literally pay someone to stand at the entrance and give 25k to anyone going there to go elsewhere to get a car.
Skip this place
I read these negative reviews and thought there's no way a place could be this bad, but alas...it is true. I clicked the chat box to get the mileage of one of their cars in inventory. I received a text message back to my cell phone. It was a pleasant enough texting exchange with the rep. He asked for my email address and last name. He tried the typical "When can you come in for a test drive?" I said that I'm not sure as your dealership is 3.5 hours away. Still awaiting the mileage, I texted him that I can try and come out early next week. He said that a member of the team will be contacting me as soon as they are available. So far, I have never received the mileage, and nobody has contacted me. I'm left wondering if the car I asked about is even in their inventory?
I hate liars
Won’t list mileage on vehicles so you can weed out the 200K+ beaters. Avoid this dishonest used car dealer. Read the reviews. Hundreds of disappointed buyers.
Shady dealership
They put 0 mileage on most vehicles they post and sometimes tell you that you need to come in to find out the mileage which if they don't put the mileage it's usually over 200k miles. They are shady, I've bought a vehicle from them before and they patch things up before selling them, give no details, and make sure you know it's "As Is" before taking off which should tell you something
