Great Dealership, great staff, best customer service

I want to first start off by saying it takes either a very poor experience, or an extremely positive one, for me to write a review. Thankfully this is the latter, as I had the best experience working with Baxter Ford for my recent purchase. I had been passively looking at Ford Fusions for over a year, have visited multiple Ford dealerships, but just wasn’t completely confident purchasing from any of them. That’s until I researched and connected with Baxter Ford. I planned a trip to visit with family in Omaha, and had some extra time to myself. I visited the Baxter Ford website, and found a few vehicles that met my requirements. I was fortunate enough when I called and asked to speak to anyone in sales to be connected to the GM, Matt Jacox. Since the intent was for me to drive with my girlfriend to Omaha and drive back my newest acquisition, I had to completely rely on the expertise and more importantly, the honesty of the sales team in describing and answering my questions about this vehicle. The experience of dealing with Matt at Baxter Ford was truly impressive. Upon my arrival, on a very busy Saturday morning, I was greeted immediately and personally introduced to Matt. He sat down with me, to discuss the process and review all of my requirements, to ensure everything was covered. I was then introduced to the Internet Manager – Kevin Putman, who I would be working with on the actual sale of the vehicle. I was able to test drive the desired vehicles, and given detailed information about each one. Kevin’s knowledge of all of the specs, features, and technologies included was top notch. Above all, I was impressed with Kevin’s patience, and detailed explanation for all of my questions, but also his true passion for helping his customer in any way he could. He has a unique quality of being able to develop a strong relationship immediately, and gain trust and confidence in anyone he comes in contact with. Thanks to Kevin’s remarkable knowledge and expertise, I was able to make a comfortable decision to purchase a 2018 Ford Fusion. Since I had such a positive experience working with Kevin, my girlfriend expressed interest in looking at options for a new vehicle purchase. Without having the intention of purchasing, or knowing which vehicle would meet her requirements, Kevin was able to narrow down some options. After test driving 5 additional vehicles, explaining which functionalities best fit her needs, she was able to move forward with her purchase of a 2018 Ford Edge. Kevin was also able to have a remote start installed same day, even though the person who handles these installations was leaving for the day. After working with Kevin on our vehicle options, we sat down with Kevin and Matt to do a final review of our choices. They both wanted to ensure everything was covered, and we didn’t leave any questions unanswered. My girlfriend and I individually met with the Sales Manager - Chip Kinder, who discussed our finance and warranty options with us. Chip was thorough in explaining everything related to financing, and warranty. He made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase, and had a detailed understanding of everything outlined in our finance agreements. The overall experience was great. Each team member we interacted with was a pleasure to work with. Baxter Ford has a seamless system in place, and makes the daunting process of purchasing a vehicle, a simple and pleasurable experience. All my future purchases will be with Baxter Ford. I highly recommend you visiting Baxter Ford, and see for yourself what sets them apart from the competition.

Abel Thomas, was my salesman, he was to the point, he was honest, I suggest him when you go, he’s been there 10 years and is very knowledgeable, and will tell you directly what you’re going to get,and if not, he’ll find out !

Baxter West Dodge is by far the best dealership that I have ever been to. They gave the best customer service and I felt very comfortable working with them. I will definitely associate with them in the future and also referring everyone I know to them.

Own 3 fords, 2006, 2016 Explorer and a 2006 Mustang GT. Took the 2006 Explorer in for the Works oil change, very friendly service, explained everything. Air filter needed replacement (show the old one very dirty) Very happy customer.... Ms White

Very degrading

Very degrading experience. Every Salesman i spoke with mocked me any way possible like he was so much more intelligent like i have no clue. All used vehicles are way over priced. We actually had our car deliverd to our door with out a salesman for thousands and thousands less at JIM FALK MOTORS CLINTON MISSOURI. Check out thier web site you can buy right online. Also TEXAS AUTO DIRECT.

Just terrible

Bought a 2003 f250 that was listed at 12 Grand. I ended up talking them down to 8500. Should have know. Didn't even make it on to the interstate before problems started. Took it straight to my mechanic. 4800 dollars later, a new turbo, and 8 injectors, it runs great. Now I know why they dropped the price so much. Called them and told them, they offered me a 600 dollar leveling kit install, with a kit that costs 49.95 online for my troubles. What a joke... They even told me the truck ran through an inspection by certified mechanics.... Terrible experience.

Our lease of a 2018 Ford Edge went very smoothly. Our salesperson, Juan Ibarra,was very helpful, knowledgeable and and a pleasure to work with. This was our first time leasing, and Juan led us through the process and answered all our questions. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with Juan Ibarra at Baxter Ford.
