Hello, I never thought that I'd be driving the car that I always admired, but, bought a house instead of the vehicle a few years ago. Yes, that's how much the vehicle was. Passing the Battaglia Auto Sales, I did some research and learned that first, its a Family Owned Business, its local Excellent review then seeing the vehicle of my dreams was fate. Not knowing that I would be driving it off the lot 24 hours later. Excellent Customer Service, everyone one was pleasant and knowledgeable in their field. I felt right at home.To be acknowledged when you step into a business establishment of any kind I measure my purchase on such a small gesture someone that Says hello, how are you doing today? He had me. It was a genuine greeting. He didn't have too. Based on the reviews; the cars sell themselves and when you put someone like Joe in the floor to welcomed everyone to acknowledge anyone, you have a success business and my support. 10/10 would recommend! The dealership is over an hour away from me, so I was skeptical about taking the trip and having my time wasted. With that being said I’m so glad I ended up going there to purchase my vehicle! Joe was great! He listened to any concerns I had, never any pressure, and was very knowledgeable. Joe is unprofessional and has an immature way of handling negotiation. I asked for details on a car via email, then challenged pricing as a cash buyer. Joe then sent me an immediately rude response and told me to leave a review so I am. Folks the car market is a choice, don’t buy from an xxxxxxx who treats people disrespectful.
