Yes!! Buying a new hyundai after turning in my lease was absolutely painless! Jeremy was always available when I needed to reach him. He showed me how everything works in my car (which was not done at my old dealer). I will be staying with Balise from now on. Thank you Jeremy!

Buying a new car is very often a time consuming, stressful and sometimes unpleasant experience. This is even more true when considering a pre-owned vehicle. At Belize they were on the ball frm the beginning. Mr Darrell Askew quickly got all the necessary information from me and gave me my options. I felt his answers to my questions were always sincere , and though he intended to make a sale he never pressured me, Ultimately he sold me a car that I was happy to drive away with and didn’t feel as though I over spent. And I got a car that suits me. Mr Askews attention to small details helped expedite and finalize my purchase. Stress free experience with Jeremy. He is professional, patient and a nice person who made the sale an overall good experience as he also provided training for Andrew who was shadowing him for the day. Andrew is a nice respectable young man, also friendly and respectable. This is the first positive experience I have had buying a car. Transparency was present. That is everything to me. I highly recommend asking for Jeremy.

Blatantly dishonest and deceptive. First, Darrell Askew, sales rep, raised the price of the car 1,000 dollars above the Balise advertised price in his offer. The 995.00 coating fee was hidden until the appearance of the offer, and was non-negotiable. The document dollar. fees were over 600.00. There was no mention of the APR, and was high even with pre-approval. Darrell was just doing his job I understand that. Jason, a sales manager was dismissive and rude. Balise is the nightmare dealership that Consumer Reports urges you to avoid. You have been warned.

Thought I was back to the 1980's with what Jason insisted was "added value" with $2,000 worth of 3M paint protection, $500 worth of premium floor mats and asking me for an extra $500 if I was not going to finance through them. Also informed me that other Hyundai dealers were just adding up to $5,000 over MSRP and offering nothing for it and that Balise can "sell for whatever they want" Is Hyundai Corp really okay with this crap?

I went online to research a new Sonada and get quotes. They called me the next day to set up a test drive. I thought why not, I'll get a better idea if this is the car I want. When I showed up at the appointment, Jeremy told me they didn't have that trim model on the lot. He then pushed me to get a different one that they had on the lot. When I said no, I wanted that trim model. He pushed for me to sign paperwork to commit to buying the car before he would see if he could locate it at a sister dealership. I then got up and started to leave, that's when he got Jason and the two of them tried to intimidate me into signing the paperwork. I will NEVER go to Balise again!

Over charged 500 more than listed on website and tried to tell me it was because I paid cash and when I brought it back because of problems they said it wasn't covered
