Couldn’t have asked for better service
Super great service! Val was quick and very helpful in getting us what we needed. Being a first time buyer I 10/10 recommend this dealership and their services to anyone looking to buy.
Great experience with AutoSavvy
Great experience. Jay and Ryan helped us find and finance our Jeep seamlessly. They were not pushy and seemed to have our best interest at heart.
It’s a gimmick and bait and switch!!! Stay away!!!
I was told that a truck I was going to see and had an appointment to see for three days had a blown turbo but they had a truck with lower miles available. Said I wanted the truck sight unseen and we were supposedly working on a contract over the phone - but then they called after FIVE hours and said someone else had set an appointment after me and they somehow had priority over me for purchase because they were there in person. They said there was nothing they could do because appointments take priority over phone orders?!? Then and only then did they tell me that this was a salvage title. Okay. I still wanted to buy it. No. You can’t because the people who just showed up in person now get the chance to buy it before you?!! I didn’t try to haggle on price. Nothing. Was just waiting for the contract paperwork!!! Stay far, far away!!!! This is all a gimmick!!!

Was in the middle of a truck purchase when they told me they couldn’t sell me the truck because someone had an appointment to see it. Was told that if they were just “tire kickers” that I could buy the truck after they drove it. Then and only then was informed that the truck was a rebuilt title. This is AFTER I stopped the sale of another truck to buy this one. Wasted a whole day of my time because someone else wanted to look at the truck I was buying. Buyer beware….they are a garbage dealership filled with lies and bait and switch.
Jay and Nate ask them they are the best.
Jay and Nate are great they got me into a car that I really love and the payment was very reasonable. Thank you AutoSavvy I recommend Nate and jay all day.
It was a great experience, great service from Bryce. Really helpful and fast with the vehicle purchase process. Bryce was really helpful with information about vehicles.
good cars great people
This place has good cars and have not had an issue with either one of my cars. Val went above and beyond with helping me out.

NOT AN HONEST company. It has been one headache after another with this company. please learn from us and STAY AWAY FROM ANY AUTOSAVVY DEALERSHIPS. We knew we were getting a salvaged title. The muffler was rattling and needed to be adjusted. They said "no problem, take it to the Woods Cross location and they will fix it." It was in the shop for one whole week. No one at the Woods Cross location ever updated us on the progress, ever! I tried calling them to get updates but not once did anyone answer their phone. They told me their phones were not working. Really?! That's "steller" customer service. Turns out that when I finally went to pick up the car, my husband inspected their work and discovered that the muffler was placed too high and directly behind the plastic muffler. They asked us to bring it it again. Time = Money, I was not happy about rearrangIng my schedule for their incompetency. They also sold us a car without the safety check. Again, I had to arrange my schedule for their incompetence. They said to take it to any jiffy lube and they will charge it to their fleet number. Turns out Jiffy Lube does not do safety checks! Why am I doing all this leg work that they should have done in the first place? Again, because they are incompetent and do not care for you after you buy from them. We also discovered the night we bought our car the there was zero oil in the car. It would not even register on the dipstick. this is such a basic check point to have on a car. No oil? Really? And, we noticed one of the tires was unusally worn down for only having 4,000 miles on it. The other three tires are newer, why only one worn tire? Looks very suspicious. Had me questioning their honesty. We brought it to their attention and said that can't do anything about it. Had we told them about the tire before we bought it, they could have helped is. Wow! Talk about not taking care of your customer! They do not care for you once they have your money! I'm out money for tires because I did not notice it less than 24 hours when I bought the car? Bottom line: Customer service is less than poor, they need to fix their phones, incompetent at minor repairs jobs, and not the least Honest!
*Update: Got my vehicle‘s safety inspection done (again something that should have been their job to fufill, not mine) after making several calls to various jiffy lubes to see which does Safety inspections, my car could not even pass the safety inspection! AutoSavvy sold me a car that could not pass the safety inspection! No words can describe their lack of professionalism. Will update when I hear back from Autosavvy
FABULOUS Experience, Dealer Car, Price & Salesman!
Come here! And ask for Jay! He is sooo kind, patient, knowledgeable, does NOT pressure you, explains things well, is open, honest, fair and great! He and finance manager Nate stayed LATE - like hours late - to help me get just the right car and just the right deal. Also, some places don’t treat women car shoppers well, and he was as courteous, respectful and interested in helping me (female), and one with more limited car-buying experience, as could be! Truly a wonderful experience!
Michelle, thank you for leaving us a review!
don't trust the promise
my purchase experience was great. I referred several people I know to the location for vehicles. No I am regretting that! I had a "We Owe" that they are supposed to repair on my truck and for several months now I get the runaround. I Can't get the service department to call me back and all they do is let it go to voicemail. I'm sick of this place. I have apologized to the people I referred to them. One of them is having the same issue. Great price and sales pitch...service is non-existent! So does that mean I can expect a phone call? So the dealer called me back after several weeks and set an appointment, since the part had come in. They told me they had the part and was ready. Now they have the truck and have called to say they are holding the truck because they don't have the part. This is an absolute joke of a service department at autosavvy. Come on guys make it right!!
