Drove 3 hours there to test drive a car. Possibly was going to purchase it the next day. Was going to go back again to possibly buy it and stopped but another dealer on the way to check out another car and realized they never gave license back when they copied it. Called them and they said the guy helping us would be in at 11. Still waiting for the call back from over a week ago. Place seems very shady. Watch for their PDI fee of over $3000 to prep their vehicles. Car was not clean and checked over thoroughly when we saw it. Buyers beware 2

Horrible experience. Car brokedown 33munutes after leaving. My phone calls were ignored. I was on the side of the US 202 with my daughter. I paid $2400 in Fees & tax, gave them a 20,000 bank check for a Lemon. I don't want the car and they have not faxed the cancellation of sale to my bank. Mickey has been giving me the runaround. Fax the cancellation of Sale. I don't want the car. Carry out honest and not deceptive business practices. Sharia Law governs good behavior.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY..Giving my daughter so much problems on stuff they wher require to fix ..and as soon as they purchase..car was dirty stuff was falling apart a few days later .as soon as she called the know and keep her on hold then hang up..do go here horrible

Received an offer through Truecar.com for a car at Autopia. We made an appointment to see the car a day later. We drove over an hour to the "dealership." As we walked to the salesperson's desk, he asked about financing. I told him we had our own. He then gave me the "cash" price of the car, which was $4500 more. I controlled my laughter and said "no way!" That was strike one. He took us to the car to look at and to test drive. It was not ready. It was behind a few cars, filthy, and the interior smelled like it hadn't been opened in months. Strike two. Then he couldn't start the car. STRIKE THREE! We told him forget it and walked away. No attempt was made by anyone to ask us what was wrong or if there was anything they could do. We didn't even get a follow up call. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Be sure to have a reputable mechanic check over any vehicle you are considering buying from here!! I have had ongoing issues with my Jeep since purchasing on 9/25/20. Waiting on reimbursements of over $2000 that I have paid for car rentals and repair. 3wks of car rentals while they had my Jeep to do repairs. Repairs for issues that were pre-existing prior to selling it to me. Issues that made the vehicle unsafe and illegal to drive in PA. They did some of the repairs, ignored some totally, and others were done in such a shoddy way they had to be redone by a reputable dealership. E-brake cables were rotted, a plate was put on with a wire instead of being replaced? Who does that? I paid to have this work corrected out of pocket so I could finally drive legally, after 4mos. I am still waiting for reimbursements. I've given them numerous chances to resolve this, I have hundreds of emails, and photos from other mechanics. I was charged $1995 for a 202 point inspection that was NOT done. I have put less than 2000 miles on my Jeep since Sept mostly because a good portion of that time I either did not have it or could not drive it due to the issues it had. So my Jeep is still under their 6-mo/6000 mile warranty. Such a shame that they operate a business this way. This had originally been a 5-star review on Google and Yelp because I was pleased with the transaction the day I bought it. They pretty much required you to leave a nice review before you drive your vehicle off their lot, they offer a gas voucher to do so. Which amounted to less than half a tank in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Ashley and Jerry are very pleasant to work with, but they can only do and say so much. I need this resolved once and for all. It's time the owner actually steps up and provides the over $2000 in reimbursements I am entitled to. Will be filing with Better Business Bureau next week.

Was looking at a FRS on their page. Looked like it was in really good shape and was a good price. When i got there both doors had major damage and their salesmen told me it would "buff" out. LOL!
