Worst experience EVER
I thought this was the easiest, best experience I ever had buying a car; boy was I wrong! I had to return to sign different loan papers( a 2 hour trip, one way. I never received paperwork from auto nation or the loan company despite several phone calls. 2 months later I get a phone call saying I’m late on the payment. I also still have no license. It took more phone calls to get another temporary. This has been a nightmare.
Hi Patti, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation USA Phoenix. We'd like the opportunity to make this up to you, so if you're willing, please contact our General Manager at (623) 432-1720. We hope to hear from you.
Experience at AutoNation USA 🇺🇸
Both Reagan and Allison were masterminds behind my choice to purchase the vehicle best suitable for me. Collectively they gave detailed knowledge regarding the best options in the most frugal yet compelling manner. After visiting 3 other dealerships and being subjected to an online deal which gave me the run around, I was gratified with their patience, valuable updates, civility, prowess, and footwork exceeding more than I could ask for; resulting to a less stressful outcome. Special Thanks to both these sales representatives in which I’d zealously implore those in the market for new or used car inquiries to consider service aid from Allison and Reagan.
It’s been over 3 months and still no title
We bought the car with cash on February 15th in Phoenix. We only have 90 days to get car registered and Auto Nation still has not sent title. We have called twice a day every day for over a week and either get put on indefinite hold or are told the right person will call us right back. Still no contact and we are about to get huge fines from the DMV for not being registered.
Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We have shared your experience with our management team for review and follow up.
Mike Warriner was extremely helpful, courteous and professional.
My experience with AutoNation Phoenix
Best day of my life. They managed to get me into the car of my dreams. Allison Wactor was the best. She worked hard to find my car an 2010 Audi 2.0L Premium, she came to my house and drove me to the dealership. Everyone was wonderful from the manager Matt, the finance woman (sorry I forgot your name) the guy who detailed my car and especially Allison. I will recommend you to my friends. Thank you everyone at AutoNation Phoenix. 🥰🥰🥰
NO Respect please stay away! Will blow you off!
NO RESPECT! If you want a dealership that will treat you and Veterans with RESPECT then don’t go to this AutoNation USA Phoenix AZ. (03-24-2021) We got a vehicle there because of their SO CALLED “No Worries, We’ve Inspected It” policy. You get a breakdown of what was fixed and not fixed. The Carfax they gave us at the end of the deal listed the vehicle was in an accident their site it was listed as 0 accidents. The paperwork had that the vehicle needed motor mounts and spark plugs need to be replaced. (03-27-2021) Went to Ford to find out how much it would be for the motor mounts and the mechanic passing by asked me a couple of questions. After reviewing the breakdown sheet he advised me to look at them myself because that does not sound right. I unplugged the spark plug cables and there was oil in two of the four spark plug wells. I'm not a certified mechanic. I only know the basics. I was for sure it was a leaking head cover gasket. This made me suspicious, did AutoNation USA know about the oil in the spark plugs and just covered it back up. (03-29-2021) We emailed and (04-01-2021) called AutoNation USA to ask about the matter and they told us we need to bring the vehicle back down to the dealership so the manager can see what's going on. (04-02-2021) We took the vehicle to AutoNation USA and ended up talking to the sales manager Matt. We told him we were concerned about the oil in the spark plugs. Did the mechanic know about the oil and leaking gasket and just covered it up? The sales manager Matt said He does not know anything about cars he will have to talk to the other manger about what happened. It was a back and forth thing where he would go talk with the other manager then report back to us. The sales manager came out again for the last time and told us the following story. Your vehicle does not have a leak. It is because you are hard cranking the vehicle that is what created the oil in your spark plug wells. You just need to use an air compressor to blow out the oil and try not to hard crank it. We asked are you going to look at the vehicle to make sure? He said we would not look at it because the vehicle is not stalling and you have no check engine light. If we did look at it, the only thing we would do is blow out the oil, that’s it, because you have no leak. This did not set right with me at all. (04-08-2021) I took it to Litchfield Auto Repair who agreed with me, they did an inspection on the vehicle and found out that yes the gasket was leaking in several spots. They fixed the problem so thank you to Litchfield Auto Repair. I told them what happened he said, Yeah they just blew you off, any mechanic would have known what was wrong. He was surprised that they didn’t even look at it. (04-09-2021) I decided to go to Rodeo Ford to hear what they thought of the situation. The Service Drive Manager, Cody, told us that what happened was wrong and sorry we had an experience like that with a dealership. He even said the same thing they just wanted to kick you out the door. I called AutoNation USA to voice my concern and find out who was the Manger that the sales manager was talking to. (04-09-2021) The salesman who sold us the car called back. He told me the manager was Derek but he does not remember us. Matt also does not remember talking to us also. The manager Derek couldn’t even come out of his office to talk to us. They wouldn’t even take 5 mins to look at the car. I explained everything to the salesman and told him that I didn’t like being blown off like that. I felt deceived, lied to, and also disrespected. When it is time to make a sale you act like you care and thank you for your service but once you're out the door you're a nobody. He said I can see how you would feel like that, let me go to this meeting and I will talk with them. After that I have not heard back from AutoNation USA, we were blown off again. During this whole time I never raised my voice or acted disrespectful because that is not me.
