I would not purchase a vehicle at AutoNation Phoenix. Our recent purchase has been nothing but one big headache. There were a couple things that they did not have fixed on the vehicle prior to the sale. We drove 3 hours to purchase the vehicle so they said they would arrange to have us take it to the Honda dealer and they would pay for it. When we took it to the Honda dealer they said they did not have any communication with AutoNation. We ended up paying out of pocket and supposedly they are going to reimburse us. We have been waiting on our plates from the motor vehicle department. It has been almost 3 months. We are on our second temporary tag. I just got a message from them saying that I need to get emissions testing done on the vehicle for them to complete the registration. Emissions are only required in Phoenix and Tucson. Calls to their local and corporate offices are never returned. We are just asked to leave messages. No one calls us back. This is just ridiculous for a nationwide dealership like this.

I am referring everyone I know to auto nation and to ask for Daniel he is the best!! He made my auto purchase so much fun!!! You need more salesmen like Daniel and he deserves a raise!!!

Was lead to believe they had the vehicle I was looking for available. I reserved the vehicle to be held fir me to come look at it.After arriving at dealership and noticing the vehicle parked up near entrance I was looking forward to test driving and possibly taking home the truck I have been searching for. Immediately they wanted keys to my trade for trade in appraisal and as soon as I gave them my keys they decided to tell me the truck I was looking at wasn’t available. They did the same thing to me two weeks prior.
