Purchased a Truck, turned out he engine was bad, but had purchased the Warranty. The Employees were Great, Salesman was terrific and constantly stayed in contact with me. Warranty was honored and engine was replaced. I was patient, but truck ended up being totally repaired. Sales Mgr was very helpful also. Work with them and you will get treated Right

Terrible experience. Poor communication. Took over 2 hours to get paid for a car where we agreed to the offer quickly.

Scammers holding my money and earning free interes

Purchased a used car, traded in an older car as down payment. The trade in was worth $2,000 more that needed for the down payment so the contract was written that AutoNation would refund me the $2,000. A couple weeks went by and no contact from AN. I called and they said I would have to talk to my sales person. He didn't answer his phone or the paging. They said they would leave him a message and an email for him to contact me. Another 2 weeks went by and haven't heard from him. I called him and was able to talk to him. He made excuses. Said they need to make sure the title is transfered to make sure that goes through before they can write a check. I found out they had already sold the car I traded in. Obviously not concern there about the title transfer not going through. Six weeks has now gone by. They are still blaming it on the Department of Motor Vehicles. It doesn't take 6 weeks to get a title transfered. I did it myself in one day. They are liers, scamers.

Worst Auto Place

Our truck has been at this dealership since April 16, 2022 and as of today I haven’t heard any updates on our truck. We bought our truck new and didn’t ever think it would give us any issues. No one calls to gives us any update. Our truck has been there for more than 6 months. We are loosing money because we are paying a new truck and we can’t even use. They did give us a rental vehicle but that doesn’t justify our truck not being repaired with whatever the problem is which y they way after 3 mi the they can’t pinpoint what the issue is. We need an answer. Don’t ever buy from the auto place or take your vehicle for service.

No car, Humiliated, and Taken advantage of

On June 13th purchased BMW X5. Drive Train light was on. Sales associate assured me this wasn’t a problem and that was simply a sensory light replacement and that he would call me back in on Wednesday of that week so their service department could repair. He showed me how to cut off the sensory light indicator so it wouldn’t bother me. I called him on Wednesday he told me to check back on Monday June 20th. (Day actually reserved for June 19th in Texas) I tried calling sales associate from 6/21-23 never got a response. On June 24 I return back to AutoNation at that time sales associate told me that I’d have to take vehicle to BMW and that warranty would cover the repair. Sales associate texted me the wrong number to BMW north. On July 6th took car to BMW to be fixed. On Monday, July 11 Was told by BMW-warranty declined taking care of the repair. July 11th return back to AutoNation spoke with sales manger where I was given two options to either have the vehicle repaired and that the service manager would help execute the repair or look to purchase another vehicle and I would possibly have to pay another $163 for license and tags. I chose to look for another vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle I selected actually had a bad Carfax report. I ask for a total refund of the $4000 that I put down for the vehicle. The sales manager became upset and literally humiliated belittled and bullied me in the lobby were two other gentleman stood around and told me i would have to just wait for the repair to be done or either come up with at $800 for another vehicle.. I have now been without a vehicle for two weeks I’ve received no response or updates on the status of the vehicle. I feel that I was falsely sold a car where the sensor light was already on after clearly asking the sales person do I need to look at another vehicle and he wanted me to keep the vehicle after autonation return date policy

Very disrespectful

Initial sales experience was really good and the guy was extremely friendly! But when it came time to pick up the vehicle there was a issue with it that they initially said would take an hour or so to fix, come the day we said I could get the vehicle suddenly there’s a completely different issue but they don’t know what the issue is. After waiting a few hours informed they’re waiting for parts, which I was never told were needed! Then after further questioning no idea when the parts will actually be available. Expressed the dissatisfaction in communication and was effectively told “that’s how we do things here”. When I was told they didn’t have any timeline for completion and it was entirely my fault that I was waiting all day because they never told me to come to the dealership, and that was from the manager! Later when I called to cancel the sale completely was told I’d receive a confirmation via email, well now 5 days later and nothing. General manager requested I call him to discuss, one time told he’s not answering his phone, another he’s not available and on the third attempt told he doesn’t have a phone! They have zero respect for your time, yours days off or medical community or first responders.

Waste of time! First of all the car I saw online was not the car they had. They said they ran my credit I don’t see how when it’s locked ! Good thing I didn’t unlocked it .They came up with a way below credit score for me which I know I don’t have.. I took my business somewhere else only put down $500 with my car note being at $460 for a 2020 not even 60k miles .. Now, tell me if my credit was that low no way I couldn’t gotten that good deal ..
