I have come here so many time that i trusted you but this time was different, who help me this time added a change to my service that was done the millage before at 70 K that was the air filter and part cabin filter i really don’t know when to change them but i dont think that every 5 k miles I think it was an extra payment that I did i realized when i got home and check my invoice before
I had an appointment for my car maintenance at 6 pm.
I had an appointment for my car maintenance at 6 pm. The appointment was made online and your system assigned me to: Christian Altieryz, but when I arrived at 5:50 pm that person didn't exist. Anyway, I was attended by another person named Jorge Moreiro who first doubted that I had an appointment, until I showed him my email with my appointment and he told me he didn't know who Christian was. Then, in a bad temper, he attended me saying that my car had a recall but he couldn't attend me because it was too late. And that they would only rotate the tires. His attention was always very bad and rude. Anyway, I have been a client of Autonation Weston for many years and I have never received such bad treatment. If employees don't want to work late then they shouldn't offer 6pm appointments. And the worst thing is that now I need another appointment because of the recall, but my job doesn't allow me to make appointments before 5:30 pm. So AUTONATION WESTON are providing a very bad service and after 4 cars taken from this dealership I don't think I will do it again.

Took my car for service, was easy to get the part needed, the person from the service at moment of leaving my car was very good and of great help. Service and repair was done same day (although I do NOT want fastness sacrificing quality, but prefer the technician to take whatever time need it to perform the job right), however this repair was not a big one and until now it seems to have been done correctly.
