My experience with this Company has been very bad, I bought a Nissan Marano used that needed a clip on the front end. I have had my car for one month and Autonation Nissan has wasted my time with this car claiming that they were going to fix the problem. and each time the car was setting up and nothing was being done. They have had the vehicle more then I have, in one months time. The car has been with them sense 12th and it the 19th only to put a clip on the front end. They keep wasting my time with this car and they have sold the car that I have sold them. This has been the worse car experience I have ever had with the purchase of a vehicle in my life. This was suppose to be the car of my dreams but turns out to be the worse experience ever. They have been wasting my time and gas all month long to were they have put more miles on the car then I have and used more gas then I have. While my car is still sitting at the shop they gave me a versa which was a "slip in the face" because this is a car that I would even buy for one of my kids. The sales people are very unprofessional and keep lying like they have fixed the problem and pushing the blame from one to another. Mean while I am without my car and it's time to make a payment on the car. I may have had my car a total of one week and it has been a month now sense I purchased it. This is very bad business.

Recently purchase a 2015 Nissan Altima from this dealership. I was able to negotiate a walk out the door price via email which was honored upon our arrival and the sales process went as smoothly as I have ever experienced. It was like night and day compared to the horrible experience I had with Wolfchase Nissan.

Purchased 2017 Ford Fusion 1/2021; car in the shop now due to engine failure; found out this is the 2nd time; carfax report did not mention engine replacement done April 2020; I'm a very dissatisfied customer!!! I would like the email address of the general manager and the district manager.

Worst Unprofessional Dealership Experience

“Reserved” a car and scheduled appointment. Arrived and was told salesperson was running late but she did not want to let anyone else assist us. She arrived 35 minutes late with no apology or explanation. Then proceeded to tell us the car we “reserved” was just sold. Clearly that was a lie considering we arrived just after the dealership was open. She shrugged like it was no big deal and said she had another car we could look at. We walked out and gave our trade in and business to a more competent and friendly dealership. Do not waste your time or money here

So disappointed in this dealership. If my car wasn’t under warranty there, I would be elsewhere. Horrible customer service, no one answers the phones, try to upswell you on issues that don’t need fixing. Had them tell me I had to replace all wheel locks and thankfully the only woman in the service area working, took me outside and told me to drive another 30 minutes to the farther Nissan dealership and they would just find the fit to my car- about an $80 difference.... took my car to get a rear brake light fixed and I had to take it back 4 different times for issues like “oh we don’t have the part” (after I’ve waited in the lobby for 45+ minutes) and then when I picked it back up the 3rd time , the middle break light was then out. Seriously, did someone not check? now I’ve been trying for days to contact someone about my warranty to see if my car can get towed and fixed and no one answers, has no helpful information , or tells me my car needs to be PHYSICALLY there to check my warranty ....? I work in customer service, have for 7+ years so normally I try to be very patient. This place does not care about their customers or their time.

I have tried calling several times over several days- even my own mother tried- who originally bought the car. Also tried the corporate number, no answer.
