Renton Honda has great customer service. Michelle was very professional answered all my questions prompt responds with phone calls and emails. Lori in finance was wonderful she took time to explain the different options on all the warranties options no added pressures. Just a great experience highly recommend.

This dealership is so professional and attentive. Many times they have given me information about my car that I was not aware of. They answer their phone and believe it or not this is a plus because a lot of other dealerships service department don’t. They take the time to read warranties and explain them. I appreciate this because it demonstrates to me that they are not going to charge me for something I’m not supposed to pay for. I have had my cars serviced here many times and not once was I concerned that my car was not in good hands. Recently, there was a situation where I would have to walk back to the dealership to retrieve my car. They provided me with a lift and at there expense. It really helped me to solve a problem and conserve my time. At every visit to this dealership, I’ve had the best THE BEST customer service. I cannot emphasize that enough. The employees go above and beyond. The Service Department is one of the best parts of this dealership. They are outstanding!
