Very responsive Customer Executives. Provided regular updates on the vehicle repair. When a critical part of back-ordered due to Supply-Chain issues, Lily made proactive arrangements to procure the parts, arranged for a rental vehicle as well as stayed on top of the issue with Honda warranty department. Very professional and transparent service offering. Highly recommended.

The quality of the work and the interaction with the
The quality of the work and the interaction with the in-person advisor were good. However, there was no communication from the service department all day. When I called to ask about the readiness, I was told that the vehicle was still in the shop and would be ready the next day. I decided to take a chance and go to the service center after 5pm (as the advisor had mentioned at the drop-off that it should be ready by 5pm) and lo and behold ! - the vehicle was ready for pickup. If the communication between the advisor, shop, and the front desk is improved, I believe it could improve the experience.
