My experience went fare. Nevertheless, I felt like my representative had to make a sale outside of what I came in for. I felt like his/their supervisor may require him/them to get the customer to spend extra Money. Me and other customers have had this feeling since the pandemic!

Some of the best customer service I have ever gotten! Kayce Glover rocks!!! She was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. People like her could teach others about genuine customer service. There were 2 other women and I believe there names were Ms. Sing and Si (?). There was also a manger who walked up and asked how he could help. He was definitely going out of his way to take care of something last minute for me. Thank you all so much for making what I anticipated to being very stressful into a much easier day!

I appreciate that Doug looks out and tracks my maintenance needs of my Ridgeline. I have had very little issues with this vehicle, but it was time for breaks, front and rear and a tune up after 84,000 trouble free miles. I count on Autonation Honda to service my Ridgeline with genuine parts by trained Honda mechanics. Doug alerted me to what the next service will entail to keep my car running and dependable. This dealer is further from my home and the staff is friendly the reason way I go further now.
