This has always been a great dealership. There were some flaws this time I didn’t like.
My flaws this time were, I had an appointment at 7am for express oil change and my wait time ended up being 2 hours. For an oil change only, I’m unsure what was my need for the appointment.

Great service. Helped me as soon as I arrived. They showed great customer service. The check in and check out went very smooth. I just wish they had more employees in the service department to help lighten their load.

I was looking for a new car and just booked an appointment to see the new Honda Pilot at Auto Nation Hacks Cross. Shane was the salesman with whom I worked and he was wonderful. He showed the new 2022 Honda Pilot and then did everything possible to make feel that Honda Pilot is probably the best choice for my need. So I decided to go for Honda Pilot on that day itself .The whole process was very smooth and easy and I never imagined that the whole process will be so much easy. Thanks to Shane and Auto Nation team to make this happen so smooth!!

My car is out of warranty, so I was thinking about using one of those speedy oil change services. I checked ratings and found that many of those places had service issues so I decided to use AutoNation Honda 385. It was a good thing that I did. It turned out I needed more than an oil change. It was time for some routine maintenance. It took more than 10 minutes, but less time than I thought it might, and left me feeling secure in the knowledge that my only means of transportation was in tiptop shape. Chris, the service representative, was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and WIFI was available.

What's the purpose of making a appointment? I requested Chris Higgins for this appointment because He's been my Tech in the pass. Very pleased service was complete in a timely manner.
