Recently purchased a 2022 Honda HR-V!
Recently purchased a 2022 Honda HR-V!! Fully loaded, only thing I’m missing which I forgot to ask about was the automatic starter. Anyway my sales rep Ali answered all of the questions I could think of. I initially went in for the CR-V which was on back order for the new models. I was shown 2 nice used ones however. But I wanted a new car. Then of course I was shown 2 HR-Vs and ultimately chose the one I test drove!

Made an appointment for my daughters Honda fit to get the oil changed and fix the skip plate. When we made the appointment was told it would take 1-2 hours. After waiting 2 hours my daughter asked how much longer and the car had not even been started and was told it was going to be at least another hour or longer. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND YOU CAN COMMUNICATE TO SOMEONE WAITING. My daughter just got her car back and left . It was a waste of half a day taking the car to this dealer

Had a great experience! My tire pressure was low after my maintenance but I drove back and they happily checked it for me and assured me one tire was slightly filled more than the others and that set it the error. They showed me how to get rid of the error!
