Leonardo Baquerizo was a pleasure to work with. He knew exactly what I was looking for and facilitated the purchase of my 2022 Ridgeline. When I went back a few days later to clarify some of the options I couldn't figure out. Leo spent a good amount of time with me showing me how things work. Came on 6/13 for a scheduled oil change and was told nobody in express service showed so the service advisor (Jason) told me to come back the following Monday. (Would have been nice if the service team called scheduled appts. to let us know before we drove to the dealership.. ) Went back the following Monday and was in and out in about 25 minutes.
