We moved here from AZ and needed a VIN verification and our front license plate mount installed. The service reception staff was friendly, prompt and helpful! The service bay worker did and excellent job of mounting the license plate holder and took the initiative to install our Colorado plates as well. Very accessible, excellent service!

Rude, dismissive service staff, long wait

I received the most rude, demeaning and unhelpful customer service of my life. As a customer who strives to be polite and patient, I was incredibly disappointed in my experience. The person I interacted with was openly rude and condescending when I asked simple questions. The manager of this dealership should be embarrassed at the attitude of their service staff! I will never come back and will be telling every friend with a Honda to stay far away.

Trent responded quickly when I inquired online about my interest in a CRV. We set up an appointment and found the color that I wanted with the interior that I wanted as well. I only had to wait 2 weeks for my car. My trade in was valued fairly and financing with Brett was quick and easy.
