In the past years I have purchase 4 brand-new vehicles from your dealership and since July 2022 I’ve had to have service on one of them the service has been very very poor I am totally dissatisfied and my car is still not fixed the service agent and the service manager all they want to do is argue of why my car is not fixed instead of fixing it I am very dissatisfied with that type of treatment they were rude both of them Tyler the agent and Jerry the service manager very rude can’t believe it the way I’ve been treated I can’t roll my window down I went to the bank drive thru the day after they said they fix it and the window wouldn’t roll back up it took my husband a hour before he could get it to go up I am disgusted with auto nation service department Doug and Jackie Williams

AutoNation helped my husband and I to get our dream of owning another truck . We were able to get a beautiful 2003 F150 with Zacks help. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly making for a great expirence while getting our new truck. It was the easiest time I've had when purchasing a vehicle. If wanting a fantastic expirence with great customer service while finding your new vehicle definitely go to AutoNation Ford Mobile!

Initially there was some confusion about the terms of my Ford Premium Manufacturer’s Extended Warranty. My Service Advisor, Cameron, provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was towed from my office to AutoNation Ford, and my same day rental was reserved as promised. My husband, a retired mechanic and I were pleased with the repairs. .

Service advisor was great. Manager offering to cut service price in half only after I told him I was taking it somewhere else..wrong. Give your best price first if you want my business.
