I designed my new Ford online and started the process by submitting it online to AutoNation Ford Littleton. The entire process was friendly, professional, low key with lots of communication. It was a pleasure to deal with staff that were not pushy and were definitely willing to assist and answer questions and follow-up the process.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from the dealership. In today's world it is hard to say there is an up-front and honest car dealer. The first truck i purchased from them had issues that were beyond their control. They made several several attempts to correct and make the truck right. The fix was not within reason or logic. They made the deal right , got me in to a similar (better) truck and i just recently purchased a new shelby from them as well.

I started my communication with this dealership by email. I was pleasantly surprised by the non-pushy, yet completely communicative response that I had over the matter of a couple weeks with them. And when there was something on their lot that fit my needs… We were able to schedule a meeting with Todd right away and get our brand new Ford!

The lack of ability to schedule maintenance in a timely manner. It took three days to perform the 30,000 mile maintenance on my ford ranger.
