AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines

I took a chance and glad I did! About 3 years ago I brought my Grand Cherokee in to this AutoNation in Pembroke Pines for an oil change. My first impression was horrifying to say the least as it was the most customer unfriendly and chaotic dealer experience ever.. I actually just left and found another dealer. However last month in July 22 my Grand Cherokee had a major malfunction and I was able to drive it home but did not want to drive to the dealership I usually went to in Ft.Lauderdale.. So I went to read the reviews on AutoNation Jeep in Pembroke Pines, as with most reviews they were complaints about service not being performed timely, etc. But what stuck out to me was several favorable comments about one of their service writers Matt Luefjen. Brining my Jeep in I met Matt, and immediately felt comfortable with him. He was straightforward, honest as to anticipated time frames and assured me he would follow with me to give status updates. He kept his promise of following up, and actually was a week ahead of schedule to diagnose the issue. He truly is a class act. I cannot end this review however with only mentioning Matt, there was also the mechanic, his name was Pierre. The guy is truly on top of his game and a professional if there ever was one. He took the time to explain why the car was acting that way and what repairs were necessary. So yeah, my view of the dealership has clearly changed and hope that Matt and Pierre are a true indication of the level and quality of service offered by AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines

You have real professional, knowledgeable, courteous, hardworking servicemen in your service shop. Very polite with you the updates, and patience with answering all my questions.

The car was was great as seen on the web. Salesman was clear and supported me in all doubts I had.
