My appointment was maid with ease.
My appointment was maid with ease. I received several reminders in my email. Derrick was kind, attentive, and let me know that he would call me when the car was ready. AT first I was told it could take 1 or 2 days. When I arrived, Derrick told me that the car would be ready at the end of the day. I was happy. I forgot my work badge in the car, and discovered it when I got to work. I called Derrick and asked him to check my car. He did, and called me to let me know that he had my badge. My daughter was sick that evening, and I called Derrick and asked him if I could pick up the car Friday morning. He said no problem. Early Friday morning, Derrick was at the desk when I arrived, and my car was washed and parked out front. Thank. I will come to this dealership again.

The service was decent until it came time to refund my $1000 they forgot to account for in the paper work. I would have made them change it right there and then if we weren't in such a hurry after it took them 4+ frikn hours to get me out the door with my ordered vehicle. Almost 2 weeks now I've been trying to get my refund and they just give me crappy excuses and ghost me. Stay away from this place,.
