They were behind a few days, so it took a while to get the diagnosis. Once that was complete, parts were ordered immediately and work was completed promptly. Shout out to Korey, he is an awesome service advisor and always like doing business with him.

Had an appointment for an oil change for my 2014 Dodge
Had an appointment for an oil change for my 2014 Dodge Ram that took over 2 hours…. This location has the worst customer service all the time. The only time I had good service was when it was still Allen Samuels but after it changed to AutoNation that changed. There is also a high employee turn over; so every time I come for an oil change or other service I can never ask for the person if I thought they were any good. Most often they lack basic customer service skills /communication with customers.

I do not care to contact the GM. Looking at other reviews from the past 4 months, looks like this location has issues with simple customer service and those who make appointments. Seems to be a common trend that if you make an appointment for a simple oil change; expect to wait 2+ hours. Apparently, there are scheduling issues that are not being addressed.

Took 6 days for a diagnostic. Quick turnaround on the actual repair. 2 days. Jeep came back dirty on pick up. Korey was informative and professional.
