Fantastic service.
Fantastic service. I was traveling from Texas to Georgia when the check engine light came on. It turned out to be the fuel pump. The service was efficient and well done. After the service my Dodge Ram ran better than it has in years. I am so glad I was able to get the service done a Dodge Jeep Ram Katy.

Fantastic service. All electrical went dead. Had the car towed to Auto Nation. They did the diagnosis and put in a new battery. Everything else checked out ok. Completed in 2 days.

Had a 7:00 am appointment for an oil change.
Had a 7:00 am appointment for an oil change. Second in line when they opened. Took 3 1/2 hours to get my truck back. Some kind of mixup in the car wash. Took over an hour to get it washed. The “free” car wash cost me over an hour of my time.

Superb service
I recently purchased a vehicle from AutoNation in Katy and the service was superb. We arrived without an appointment and despite that, we received a warm welcome from Diego, but he was extremely helpful to show me what options were available that fit my budget. I stopped elsewhere before I went to Autonation and left because I felt the salesperson was just interested in selling me a car a did not want in the first place, so I left. The service received at AutoNation was absolutely excellent, so I bought my second vehicle from them.
