Went in for scheduled service, filter, oil, and tire

Went in for scheduled service, filter, oil, and tire rotation. On the trip home I had to open the window as the burning oil smell inside was horrendous! When I got home I opened the hood and there was oil all over the drivers side of the engine compartment. In checking the oil level via dipstick, it is almost two quarts low! In the years past this Bellevue Jeep location has done a great job and is why I keep going back, plus it is close to home. Not so sure I will do so in the future. I have cleaned up the mess and plan on stopping at the dealership and asking for two quarts of oil, that I will add myself! It will be interesting to see if they comply. Plus, I have been calling the parts department for almost two hours today, with no one answering the phone. On the bright side, the Express Lane advisor was pleasant and helpful. They even did a recall for faulty floormat, and ordered a replacement. Hence why I am trying to reach the parts department via telephone. Roland Black 2018 TrackHawk

as a follow up to the above: I visited today and found out parts department does not open until 10am, which explains why no answer on the phone. Would be nice if the recording mentioned that. I did receive new floor mat. Express advisor Abraham was apologetic, came out and checked the dipstick, and gave me 2 quarts of oil. He even offered a funnel to do it there, which I declined. Mess is cleaned up, engine has correct amount of oil in it, new floor mat in place and I am now a happy camper! All in all, STUFF happens =) Roland

AutoNation provided a car buying experience which was pleasant and actually enjoyable. No Pressure. No games. My final price was lower than what I could negotiate at the high pressure dealerships. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from AutoNation.

Brought my minivan in for an oil change and I was asked

Brought my minivan in for an oil change and I was asked if I was going to wait and I replied yes. The guy told me he would get me as soon as it was finished. I noticed my car in the parking lot about 30 min after I sat down; I assumed they hadn't started on it yet. Then I noticed that my van was just sitting there, so I figured they were really busy and they'd eventually get to it. The guy who greeted me came 45 min later telling me that the job was done. I told him that I noticed my car sitting there for 45 min and he apologized and said that he's been very busy. I think that my time should have been better respected and he should've tried to expedite things, especially knowing that I was waiting.

My experience at AutoNation was very positive. I had made an appointment for a test drive. The car was ready for me when I got there. I took a test drive, and bought the car. There was no pressure. The process was straightforward and surprisingly simple.

4-Nails in 3-Tires and one slow leak led me to my Dodge dealership where I service my 2020 50th Anniversary Dodge Challenger R/T and the service was great. After selecting the tires they pulled the tires off to find the nails, then the inside rim of the wheel was cracked, which was causing the tire leak. Very unsafe to drive. The tires were ordered, then the custom wheel for the Anniversary Edition and I was on my way. Great team led by Brennan Basset and Abraham was great to work with.
