My service appointment was somehow lost, but the service technician worked to fit my vehicle in and was able to install my accessories. I really appreciate the actions taken, since I live about 125 miles from the service department and that would have wasted my whole day and caused another trip. With fuel prices, the willingness to help was greatly appreciated.

Service has always been GREAT until now.
Service has always been GREAT until now. I had some work done on my truck and when I got home I noticed that my "settings" were not reset and I am unable to reset it manually myself . I have called 3 times and the dealership took a message but I can not get anyone to call me back. I am getting tired of having to continue to reach out to them so that they can complete the job that they were supposed to have completed over a week ago. It is a quick fix and I should not have to continue to wait on them to set up a time to get it done.
