My oil change was so easy!
My oil change was so easy! I dropped the car off after hours and received a call at 10 am that the car was ready for pick up. Pick up was completed in 5 minutes and there was no Up Sell!

what a joke, need ZERO stars. called to schedule for oil and brakes, couldn't give me a price for oil change and gave me an absurd price for the frt brakes. apt at 1130 told that oil chg was now $95 which is ridiculous, (now I know why they didn't tell me on the phone) and to forget brakes as to much $$, at 2pm went to xx on status to only be ignored and find out they were just stating it at 220 pm and service guy Al was trying to feed me some bs, told him to just forget it. service writer and mgr did nothing to fix/address issue and let me leave. they don't seem to care about customers very much and only the $$$. never told me exactly how long it would be, because if he would have told me 3 hrs I would have never done it. what was the point of making an appointment if your still going to wait 3hrs and for just an oil chg? .wasted 3hrs of my time waiting for nothing. bought from auto nation in AZ in 2012 and serviced by Sahara since 2015, will never use them again for anything

you guys had your chance the day of and did nothing, if you really cared it would have never gotten to this point to begin with, also you will already have my info and still you didn't reach out at all to address this issue. ok, so you want to fix it, no way I'm going back to the same dealer after this, which means going to a different dealer, which also means it's back on me to then drive further out of my way because of your horrible service, never going to happen. I have wasted enough of my time on this and am done with it and you. will be giving my business to someone else and already have others setup to do the oil and brakes at half the price.

Armando was courteous and talked to me about my concerns. Waiting area had no bottled water in mini fridge. Coffee pots were all empty. Seems like dealership is on the down and outs. Other car is a a Subaru, there dealership is a joy to visit. Not this one. Staff was fine though.
