Autonation Buick GMC (formerly Desert Buick) has been my dealership of choice for 20 years! I’ve been very pleased with the sakes and service staff all of those years! Had the car towed in and dealt with them over the phone. The problem was relatively simple to fix, but it had transmission fluid all over the engine bay. They were prompt in the repair and cleaned up the ATF very well; the tech earned an A. However, their phone bot was typically dismal to deal with and trying to contact Brian in Service proved to be impossible. The bill seemed pricy for the repair involved, but there was extra labor for cleaning, so I can forgive the cost.

I was tolded my car would be finish in 3 or 4 hours at 8-30 i picked up my car at 3-30 The Prices for the service were out of site.

Efficient, professional, friendly. Went in for an oil change and they had me out in less time than I had planned on and for less $ than expected. Most importantly, after visiting 3 other Chevy/GM dealerships in the Las Vegas Valley, this was the first dealership with the guts to disclose the known starter issues with the 2021 Diesel Silverado. The service manager explained how it's a known problem and the GM plans to deal with it with software updates and other fixes in the future. Refreshing not to get yet another "what, we don't see/hear/know anything...." BS response. Will use them exclusively to service my vehicle in the future.

Very expensive for a basic oil change. The charge price is way more than the advertising price. They only did the oil change and not even other fluids topping off.
