My service agent was Ezikel. When I say that Ezikel was so helpful throughout the whole process from keeping communication to insuring my billing was correct. He explained to me what was done. My car was completed in no time! I will definitely bring my car and future cars here for servicing.

I have repaced 3 batteries in my car in the past 27

I have repaced 3 batteries in my car in the past 27 months. I am frustrated by the ongoing inconvenience of this problem, especially in light of the fact that the dealership has no jump start or towing capabilty to assist me when this occurs. (The last three batteries were 40 month warranty Exide batteries which all failed under warranty). I was told by the dealership that Exide offers a no charge jump start service for any battery failure that occurs under warranty but I have been unable to obtain the number to call from the dealership. I am unsure if adequate analysis of the problem has occurred to rule out shorts, vampire power drains or defective components in the battery charging or theft deterrent systems. Dealership personnel have been very friendly however it is difficult to reach a Service Advisor with their new phone system.

The service department is terrible. Very rude advisors ( Brian Strawn) and always try to upsale you a service that's not even required. I've tried them a few times and no improvements. Stay away.
