I came into purchase a car amd things really didn't go as plan! But what mattered to me the most and that Danielle messaged me and made it all better! I messaged her back thanking her so much for reaching out to me so we can make things better❤ I dealt with Kyle who took me test and driving, also some paperwork but he was so funny we shared stories about our kids and laughed!! He also set up my car Bluetooth for me he was just as excited as me❤ To top it off Danielle finished my paper work and she was awesome these people make you feel at home! It was like I was with my family!! I would definitely recommend this car lot to everybody ❤ such genuine kind hearted people! Thanks yall❤

Dishonest Advertising

Went to purchase a vehicle I had seen online advertised as *NON-SMOKER*. Walking up to the car, it was apparent that was not the case. The manager, Mike Dangerfield, told me my opinion was subjective. The sales associate who test drove the vehicle with me said the car was disgusting and reeked. Terrible experience and would never recommend this business to anyone. STAY AWAY.

Smells can be determined by each person differently. We didn't agree that the smell was smoke but we still offered to put the vehicle through our chemical correction to fix the smell at no charge. That product works wonders because it doesn't just mask the smell but chemically cleans the cloth to correct it. Very poor service. Called in advance with pre approval. Told the representative that I was on my way to purchase vehicle but it was a 5 hour drive to them. They confirmed everything was good too go. Called multiple times on way to confirm appointment, still the representative said everything was good to go. I showed up earlier then the appointed time only for them to tell me they sold the car 20 minutes before my arrival. They gave no phone call or anything. The manager was very rude and basically said it’s first come first served.

We hate that you didn't enjoy your experience. We understand the frustration but without a monetary commitment like a deposit, we couldn't hold the vehicle for you. The timing here is the only tough part. When you arrived the customer had just left the office and was still putting insurance on the vehicle. We wouldn't have called you to tell you the vehicle was sold until we confirmed insurance to complete the deal. You arrived the same time that was happening. Pay close attention to the: SC Infrastructure Fee 500 lol DOC FEE 590.00 Really AUl warranty deductible would be waved per jstephany... lie Finance will not go over contract in detail, so please take heed... I didn't even know my a.p.r until I got home, shame on me... Salesman Kelvin Bradrick ( 5⭐)

We are as transparent as possible. All of the fees are clearly explained on our site and by our business managers to the best of our ability. Infrastructure Maintenance Fee is basically SC Taxes that Max at $500. The $590 Dealer Fee is included on every contract and is also listed on our website. The AUL Service contract deductible of $100 is waived if you bring the vehicle to us to have your work done. But your favorite mechanic can also work on your car for $100 deductible. A BIG thank you to Harrison Parker! He was awesome today and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best buying experience today! Harrison made me feel like part of the family and put me at ease. He answered my questions without hesitation. Harrison, you are awesome and if I purchase another vehicle, I hope you are still there to guide me again! Michael Mercaldo was excellent in walking me through the plans and letting me decide what I wanted to do. He is so knowledgeable, I do believe he could do his work blindfolded! Burn Holes in Seats is Excellent Condition?

We purchased a 2019 Honda Accord last week from Automaxx in Summerville, SC. We asked the dealer to take pictures of any imperfections and received the following "...couldn't find any scratches/dings or imperfections on the inside to take pictures of. It is incredibly clean." They delivered the car as agreed in NC and it has two cigarette burn holes on the back seat and the interior has a strong cigarette smoke smell. The only solutions offered by the dealer were to drive the car to SC within seven days to sow up the holes or refund money. Due to work schedules we could not make it there within seven days and they would not contribute to having the holes fixed locally or would not pick up the car even though they delivered it as agreed. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealer since the manager Mike said that it is normal for a one year old car with 25K miles to have burn holes in the seats and that they consider it to be in excellent condition.

This customer took deliver of the car after inspecting fully. We delivered the car but they could have said I am not happy with the condition and not purchased the vehicle at any time during the delivery. We would have had no hard feelings if someone said that the car wasn't as the expected and didn't want it. But that didn't happen. They signed all paperwork and this burn hole came up days after the purchase. As a dealer, we are not responsible to fix that issue after the sale but we agreed to help because that is the right thing to do. We said that they could bring the vehicle back and we would do one of a few options: Fix it at no charge to the customer, refund 100% of their money, or find a replacement vehicle at no charge with our 7 day Peace of Mind Exchange. All they had to do was bring the vehicle back with a reasonable amount of time.
