I have sent multiple inquiries and have not received any reply. Very poor service. I was very interested in the vehicle but now I have doubts about dealing with such a dealer.
Shady. Wanna be tire salesmen clowns
Waste of time. Told them over the phone I was paying cash and the jokers jacked up the price. Said the owner just put new "BF Goodrich" tires on it all of a sudden so its only fair they get another $1000 over the price on the websites. Even the next day I went out and the other salesman's pocket list had the original price $1k lower than their scam price over the phone the day before. 1 star = $1000 they tried to take from hard working cash buyer.
I'm rating 3 stars only because we got the vehicle we wanted and everyone we worked with face-to-face was very friendly. However, there was quite a bit that made the experience "less than" Apparently the vehicle we were purchasing belonged to someone who wasn't there and basically just using their facilities so the sales associate we were working with had to keep calling the owner throughout our negotiation which made us uncomfortable that we couldn't speak to someone face-to-face about the vehicle. Also, the associate we worked with in house seemed much more pleasant to work with than the owner on the phone. Once the strange negotiation was done everything went smoothly because we were ready with our own financing so I cannot comment on their financing options. Apart from not being able to do all negotiations in house a very disappointing factor is when we test drove the car it was on dead E. We were given $5 cash to go put gas in it ourselves. Upon purchasing we were told no more gas would be put in it for us. I have never bought or heard of anyone buying a vehicle from a dealership where they hand over the vehicle on an empty tank! Mind you this is a large SUV. It may not seem like a big deal but to us it felt like very poor customer service that it wasn't offered and we were told no when we did ask. I'm not so sure that it's shop policy but we were told that the owner (man on the phone) didn't offer gas. We didn't even have enough in the tank to get back to our house. Anyways. I would recommend to whomever owns/runs the shop to step up their customer service a bit and not rent out lots or whatever they call it. It's a bit of an unpleasant experience to negotiate a car at a dealership only to find the owner isn't there and has his own set of rules that the people working in the shop "can't do anything about". Overall, the experience with everyone working in house was good and everyone was laid back and friendly/professional and had we been dealing strictly with them I think maybe it would've been a more pleasant experience. Best thing I can recommend if you have a vehicle you're interested in there call and make sure it belongs to the dealership... and before you test drive it make sure it has a full tank of gas so you don't get ripped that courtesy if you decide to purchase.
I feel very comfortable buying a car in carMax. T
I feel very comfortable buying a car in carMax. The service staff are very warm and considerate! Next time I will go to carmax to buy a car, I will recommend my friend to buy a car in carmax.
This has to be the WORST used car lot in Tennessee. VERY rude staff. I was harassed by phone from my car dealer (MARIO ISOM) There were a few loose ends of my contract that we were trying to sort out. I was at work getting harassed.. he called me 7 times back to back after I told him I would call and speak with someone else to finish the deal. I was talked to rudely and hung up on because of a small misunderstanding with what was asked of me. I cooperated and still even agreed to finish things out after the disrespect but later decided I didn’t want ANY dealings with this lot. The next day I went to get my down payment back after only having the car for less than 48 hours. The manager was rude as soon a I said I was dissatisfied with the company and wanted my money back. He slammed his hand on his desk and walked out. He gave a paper with the amount I would receive back. When I received the paper, I had a few questions. I was told “I’m not answering your questions.” “It’s in english.. Can’t you read!?” My car dealer told me I didn’t know what I was talking about because I’m young and haven’t lived life & I shouldn’t have much to say. There is so much more to this story.. I even had to contact the police because I felt threatened. Long story short PLEASE listen to these reviews. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. Trust me.
good dealer with several car model choices
Though live 200 miles away the dealer. I'd like to visit for they have several car models I like. They didn't contact me after I sent message to them via cars.com. Also the salesman didn't give me any discounts. Worthy of a purchasing. Recommend to friends and colleagues.
Good experience purchasing an 07 miata
I talked to Dallas Flowers via email the week leading up to visiting the lot. His emails weren't the clearest but he was friendly and helpful. When we arrived the car looked great with only minor issues. The battery was loose, it needs an oil change and new tires and needed jumped twice while I looked it over (had not been driven enough to recharge). My only real complaint is that they would not throw in new tires or an oil change claiming they could not do it on a Saturday because the service center was closed even though he (Dobbs not flowers) was getting quotes. Over all the salesmen were friendly and helpful. I got the car I wanted for a reasonable price.
Contacted the dealership before driving 750 miles to purchase a vehicle. Barry was very helpful and sent lots of pics of the car before I drove down. He even had the courtesy to call me during the night of driving down and check in with us to see how the drive was and tell me that they had changed all of the fluids and had it ready to go! Test drive was great and the buying process was quick and easy!
My experience with John Stanley at AutoMax of Millington was very pleasant,he was very helpful, he also took his time with us explaining everything in detail. Thanks John for the deal that we worked out. I would buy from AutoMax again. Fred Cooper

This was the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. Carlos is an outstanding sales man. I would return and I would recommend them to anyone!
