Poor customer service. Rude salesman and no help with anything. LightStream sucks and with 700 credit still denied. Credit union no help liars. This is bad dealership
Don't advertise that the titles are branded
They need to advertise that they are selling Salvage title vehicles. It is very underhanded to advertise the car as a clean title when it is not.

Waste of Time
They had the best price on a used car I was looking for within the area. I called at noon to see if they would be around at 6pm for us to test drive the car and make sure they would be open. Their listed closing time is 7pm. The person who responded was impatient and initially it was hard to get a yes or no to my simple question of "I want to stop by at 6pm and test drive a car, is it still available and will you be there"? He finally said yes they will be there, just show up at 6. I drove 40 minutes to get there and when I arrived no on was around and I could not see the car on the lot. I called multiple times, they have multiple numbers. I waited 20 minutes in case they called back. None of the numbers picked up and I was sent to voicemail. It has been three days since my experience and I still have not heard back from them. Overall it was a very frustrating experience and complete waste of two hours of my life.
This car buying experience was great. I love my new Rogue. Some of these cars are rebuilt, so understand that and mine is one. They were honest and transparent about the damage that was fixed. I do not live in the area and they were able to have it shipped door to door. They even beat the shipping quotes I had. Also my credit union would not loan on the car due to rebuilt, but Carlos gave me their bank they work with, not only did I get approved (understand I have near perfect credit) they beat my credit union's interest rate! If I upgrade my Rogue, definitely going back to them to see what they have! Thanks Carlos!~
