Defiantly stop by automania if your looking for a newer model preowned car at a good prices, the sales agents do work with you and the cars actually are mint condition. Thumbs Up thanks automania my family is enjoying my 2017EXPLORER
Helpful and resourcefull
They Helped me out here at this dealership, i already have an auto loan and my sister needed a car also. They got my second auto loan approved and gave me a really good price and interest rate i was and still am impressed. Staff is cool, sarah thank you for all the patience and help. Ill defiantly see you for my next car!
Misled
Misleading prices. You need to add $2500 or so for their mandatory "inspection" plus many other fees. Bottom line: the prices showed are not what you would pay. Far from it.
automania a good choice
No more public transportation ! the one thing i was sure about during this whole covid pandemic i am getting me car! i found this dealership open !!.. the cars are very clean and well taken care off, they look almost new and pricing is fair - good deals - i went with the financing and got a nice low monthly payment that makes sense, ill be able to go everywhere i want to for the same cost and less hassle! Automania the best.
Misleading prices to waste your time
They list their cars at a price thousands of dollars less than what they actually charge and hide in the listing a disclaimer that "the advertised price is based after the $3k down payment." Why in the bloody xxxx would you do that? It's not just Automania, though. So if I run a search on cars.com for cars under $15k, I'll be shown A LOT of cars that are actually above $15k but they're listed below $15k with a disclaimer in the ad saying that the car actually costs more. Cars.com really needs to crack down on this crooked tactic which serves no purpose whatsoever except to make the searching by price range totally useless and irrelevant, in which case I have to read every single ad very carefully to try and figure out if this is the actual price or a game that the dealership is playing. The only reason I can imagine they do this is because they're trying to finagle people into taking out loans for cars they really shouldn't be buying, and of course it doesn't matter to these dealers because the loan becomes the banks problem and not theirs. Furthermore, Automania sells cars that are "certified" meaning you have to pay $2.5k more than you need for a worthless warranty. You can actually shop "used cars" and "certified pre-owned" but their cars are being listed in the "used" category and they're not telling you that the certification cost isn't being tallied in the list price. Again, this completely xxxxs the car shopping experience on this website.
they won't sell you a car online
I live in Philly and i tried doing the process online but i couldn't get thru, i was told to visit the dealership so i finally did. The cars are defiantly worth it with a dealer charge of 795 negotiated and i drove car the same day.
Shady, bring your business elsewhere
I called and offered asking price. Chino said he'd call back. Nothing. Come to realize, the price is 2k more than listing price. These guys are xxxx bags just like all NY dealers!
