Called about availability and price , was told still available and the advertised price plus tax and registration fees. Got there half an hour later on public transportation and was told that car has a deposit on it similar car was $7000 more if I don’t finance They are crooks!

Do not buy from this place, the price listed on here on cars.com is not the real price, its a scam to attract buyers and give them some story about how the price that is listed is the finance price after your down payment of 1999. They do this with all the cars posted on here. They put a price that is below marker value to get cars.com to give them the green below market value and place it under “great deals” the fine print vaguely gives you the information about how you are going to be scammed. On here they priced a 2016 ford focus with 36,000 miles for 7,959, only to tell you once you arrived that this the “ finance price” after your down payment. The real price was their window price for 13,800, i must have seem at least five people walk out because of the same reason. When i check the market value this car actually cost within the 8000,-9000 range. This mean their price is way beyond the market value. Please dont waste your time with this dealer. There are many more out here with real listings. I end up going down the street to a different dealer who had a similar car with more less the same miles and got the price that was listed with no tricks!!

I didn't not enjoy the experience at all. I wanted to buy a Subaru Forester. The price was $13,999 and magically jump to $23,000. What a disgusting difference. They tried to explain that "it was there policy". A warranty that it not required for you to buy. An absurd dealership fee. The car had obvious cosmetic damage. Sofia, the salesman, didn't seem interested at all. Poor service and scammers. Don't go.

Sarah was super friendly and professional. She asked question and made sure she knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me the opportunity to see 4 cars in my price range and style that I was looking for. She wasn't pushy and let me take my time in making my final decision. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. I will definitely be back to buy another car from them when my husband is ready to change his car!

DO NOT purchase here unless you enjoy being scammed out of your money. If you don’t believe me ask about their hidden fees and enjoy the runaround.

I visited the dealership to get my new Hyundai Elantra, overall the service is really good (depending the salesperson) we got approached by Michel and made the purchase easier due to his service, even tho he’s very new to the business, the one thing I was a little disappointed about was the buying process, it’s very overwhelming but we got it done.
