Autohub Center

I recently called auto hub in regards to a Toyota they had listed online. One of their employees, Erika, answered. Through my list of extensive questions she was nothing but the epitome of professionalism and patience. While I haven’t yet had the chance to visit their site in person, I look forward to seeing more of their great customer service when I do. Having dealt with absolutely terrible customer service from large dealerships lately, my conversation with Erika was a breath of fresh air.

Autohub is a great, family friendly place. Erika specifically has been working there for a long time and she gives such amazing service and help.

Erica was very nice, I talked to her about a few of the cars on the lot , and she was very informative! The other employees also seemed pleasant and greeted me with kindness.

Erika was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I felt like I was talking with my friend to make car choices, she helped guide me and gave me some great advice.

Looking for a new car, ive searched through several websites and pages. Every place seemed the same and i was so confused and alone through the whole process. Upon finding these guys- they called me immediately and ensured i knew all the information about the car i wanted. I was able to come check out the car, check the facts, test drive it, you name it. I had a great experience with them and i would easily send anyone i know to them.

Retuvieron mis placas y registración durante mes y medio como venganza por una mala calificación que les di. Not a great place. They share a building and lot with another dealer and you’re not sure which is which at times. Cars that are supposed to be there aren’t on the lot when you show up. Vehicles are over priced and when major flaws are pointed out ( like cracked frames and body damage you can poke fingers through) are pointed out, the price doesn’t come down - “you’re already stealing it” is used... even when the vehicle is priced $2,000 over what the bank will finance.

Pushy and dishonest. They gloss over issues with the car and the salesmen team up on you. They are also trying to inflate their reviews and they talked about how they have a lawyer to try to take down bad reviews. Avoid.
