Terrible people
Very terrible dealer. I was seeking a used vehicle which they had good prices. The vehicle itself had engine issues only a few weeks after purchase and they did not value their warranty. Very unprofessional
Purchased a 2012 Honda Civic
I had been looking for a used car since March, and either would be to late or go and look at car, and felt I was the one who needed to be paid to take it off their hands! I saw Auto Mart online and saw they had 2 Honda Civics and an Accord on their lot. Made arrangements to look at and test drive the next day. I ended up purchasing the Red 2012 Honda Civic from Sara on May 14, 2022. The Honda looked like a new car inside and out. I was very hesitant of a salvage title though. We were shown pictures of car prior to be being repaired, and informed there was a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty and 1 year on engine and transmission. I am not aware of any used dealership that offers this, it helped with my decision to buy. The Honda had 82,000 miles and compared with other used Hondas we saved around $4,000 or more! The 2nd week we had it the car wouldn't start without a jump? I contacted the repair shop and was told to bring it in which we did. It turned out to be the battery which they replaced at no charge. I did have to contact Sara about car title since we paid cash and hadn't received it in the 3 week timeline. Sara said she would take care of it, and we did receive it before the 30 day title expired. When I went to our car insurance agent, he made a face about the car having a salvaged title and would only give us liability. I then went to State Farm and they gave us full coverage and said they just looked at it as a used car. I would advise checking with your insurance if you plan to purchase a salvage titled car. So far, I am happy with the car and it's performance.
Positive experience
Bought a car here for my daughter last month. No problems thus far. And, very impressed by the 1 year transmission & engine warranty! You won’t find that kind of warranty at most used car places. Price was fair. Right at the KBB price. Salesperson was very helpful with financing. Look forward to buying my son a car here next year!
Bad customer service
Had the run around from the get go from Justin. They wouldn't tell me if the car had any mechanical issues or if it had been in an accident. Come to find out the majority of their cars are insurance write offs. I'm glad I didn't buy from here.
Crooks
Crooks is the best way to describe this business. They sold me a car that had endless problems a couple of months after purchasing it. Then when reaching put they've completely ignored me.
GO TO THIS PLACE
This is a must go to place if you are looking for an inexpensive car and GREAT service! The owners are very kind and work with your every need.
Bad dealership
Terrible customer service in both buying my car or even trying to use the warranty. They haven't got back to me in months on my warranty even after multiple calls and now my car is unusable.
Shady and toxic dealership
Automart is probably the worst business, not just dealership, I've ever had to pleasure to deal with. First the vehicle I bought was a Dodge Caliber that they just received so it didn't even have a window sticker. After a test drive I asked for them to fix the parking break light that was staying on. While after purchase they had the car in their shop for over a week just for the light not to be fixed and their excuse was "it doesn't effect it mechanically and is too expensive to fix". After driving the car for a week the breaks were grinding so I gave them a call asking if they found anything in the shop about the break pads needing replaced, they gave me a call back a week later saying they didn't see anything and to bring it in. By this point the breaks were hardly working. After another week in their shop they said that I had to pay half the break repair cost because it wasn't under warranty. So I asked to return the car since their "1 month warranty" was clearly a lie. A week goes by and they said they couldn't refund the car. So basically their whole warranty is a lie. On top of all this they went ahead and replaced the breaks, then charged me per day the car sat at their shop. Even though I didn't authorize a repair and the car is unsafe to drive. Then was told they impounded or repossessed the vehicle even though I was still making payments.
Mechanical issues
Most frustrating people I've ever dealt with in regards to warranty. They're still trying to fight me on fixing my vehicle even though the warranty hasn't expired. Trust me, you will have mechanical issues with these vehicles.
Future repairs
Good service but the cars themselves just aren't up to par. A lot of these vehicles have been rebuilt or have damage, that's why they're cheap. The majority of them for sure will need to be repaired months down the line.
