I worked with Tariq, he's a reasonable guy and told everything to me straight, any questions I had were answered, the buying process was pretty simple, but nothing really outstanding overall. You can work with these people trust me. One major thing that urked me though was that during the test run and even after I bought, it feels like these guys refuse to put any gas in any of these cars, but that might just be a normal practice with these dealerships, feels bad man.

My car buying experience here at Auto house motors was better then I could have imagined. Martin was my sales rep he was very informative and helpful as well as friendly and accommodating through all my buying process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

What a nightmare place. Took a day off from work to see a car I was excited about. I made a reservation the night before and drove all the way from downtown. When I got there car was gone. Owner took it out the night before and wouldn’t be back for hours. I asked the sales rep to speak to the owner and he refused. Sales rep just shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. He was incredibly rude. I like supporting smaller shops, but STAY AWAY from this place!

Bought a Ford F 150 in September 2018. 1 month later we have sunk in over a grand in repairs. We were told they did a inspection on the truck. Liars!

I bought a 2009 Tribeca from the dealership. The price was very fair, I didn't have to haggle at all. There were some issues with the interior of the car and they fixed everything before I came to pick up the car. The buying process was very simple. All the employees were very friendly and made things very easy. I worked with Mitch and he was great! He checked on me the day before I came to pick up the car to see if I needed a ride from the train station, then called a week later to make sure the car was doing well for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

BUYER BEWARE! Poor business skills/bad automobiles

Do not buy from this business! We should have listened to the other negative reviews. This business does not inspect their cars nor do they have a qualified mechanic that knows what they are looking at. The Sales team, Martin, tells you and reassures you the car has been through an inspection which is a LIE. Our Story: Bought a used truck on a Saturday. Drove it off the lot and the break lights stopped working. Turned around and took it back to the dealer, which they did fix. What rubbed me the wrong way was how the boss/manager who negioates the price never came out of his office to see what the issue was. As a manager you think you would come out and apologize, we did just make the transaction 10 minutes ago. So we leave again. Two hours later white smoke is coming out of the exhaust pipe, which is a BIG problem. This continued every time we started the truck the next two days. We also had to add engine coolant within two days. 3rd day of owning the truck the CHECK ENGINE light comes on! That night we take it back to the dealership. They agree to look at the check engine light but they don't see the white smoke coming from the exhaust and pretend like nothing is wrong. We ask for our money back but they refused and said they would look at the truck and send me papers from a third party mechanic to assess the situation. Never did we receive any quotes or papers from a mechanic. We are being told they are "fixing it". So right now this dealership has had our truck for 7 days fixing the check engine light!! And they claim they haven't seen white smoke coming from the exhaust. Which is a LIE. In Illinois you have rights that a used car can't have a major defect within 15 days of buying. This dealership is buying themselves and holding the truck hostage. We have yet to receive the title in the mail. Another note they will not call us back, we have to make the four phone calls a day to get updates. The manager refuses to talk to us. I wonder how long they will keep the truck!??? TERRIBLE BUSINESS SKILLS AND MAJOR DEFECTIVE AUTOMOBILES. DON'T BUY FROM AUTO HOUSE.
