BUYER BEWARE! This used dealer is the worst! They sit there and lie right to your face, telling you all the things they will do for you, and it is all a lie. The should receive an Emmy for there performance. They stated they offered an extended warrenty and they never did! They stated they would fix the paint and placed stickers over it , they cleared codes to pass inspection and when the engine BLEW after 2 month they said oh well you are passed your 30 days and you drove over 1200 miles. Is the car I bought for 17000 and placed 7000 down not used to drive I did not know there was a limit to the mileage I could drive . You are liars and thieves and karma is going to get you !

Bought a car off this dealership, I was told they would fix the paint and the muffler prior to picking up the car. I picked it up and they placed a sticker over the paint issue on the car and told us we had to make another appointment for them to fix it . I drove the car FOR OVER 1 MONTH AND THE MOTOR BLEW! I took the car to 3 mechanics including the Chevy dealership and they all tell me the same , This used dealership cleared the codes that where comming up to sell it and there was already engine damage when I bought it. I put 7000 cash down and fincnaced the rest this car was 17,000 car that lasted 2 months . I have 2 small children and now I have no way to get to work to support them since they took all my money and sold me a Junk Car. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THE LIE LIE LEI RIGHT TO YOUR FACE .

Bought a car here a couple of days ago. Although I haven’t taken delivery of the vehicle yet, I’ll make these points: Harry was an extremely affable, easy to deal with, no pressure kinda guy. For the test drive he just handed me the keys. Did not even ask me for driver’s license or anything and just told me to go for a drive by myself. It’s nice to be treated that way. He was reasonable with the pricing, and completing the paperwork literally took 10 minutes. A used car may come with unforeseen issues but at least Harry made the experience pleasant and easy and it was great chit chatting with him. I’d recommend this smaller independent auto dealership.

My wife and I bought a used car from Harry at his dealership. The sales process was very friendly and very professional. Once we bought the car, we had an issue with the car and Harry told us to bring it back. We brought it back and he took care of the car no questions and once again was very professional and friendly. Couple of weeks later the A/C was acting up and again Harry told me that he would replace it. He did and we have had no problems since that time. This dealership provided great service and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I just traded in a car and bought a vintage Corvette from this dealership. My experience all through the buying process has been fabolous! Harry Monti and his brother has provided me with all the help, guidance and future tips and tricks to be aware of with regards to my newly aquired car. I had some minor issues to get the car Rhode Island inspected, but Harry made sure that everything was fixed and handled as swift as it possible. It is fun to come by a dealrship where the people working there really loves their work and are enthusiastic about their cars!!! I would not have any second thoughts with buying another car from this dealership!

I had an amazing experience with Car Gals. Bought my dream car- a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse from them and couldn't have ended up with a better experience. They all had great personalities and took some time to help me learn to drive stick- which was really above and beyond what I could have asked for. The dealership building is very nice and welcoming and they always answered the phone when I called, even when someone hit my car on the way home and Harry helped me assess the damage. It really felt like I was among friends there from the moment I walked in. They have a great selection of stylish cars there and some great antique trucks that were fun to look at. I would buy from them again any day and highly recommend others to do so! Car gals and guys alike :)
