I've stopped by this dealer twice. The cars listed here are from old inventory they don't remove from listings after the sale. They do this as a low-cost alternative to advertising. Most all of the older jeeps do not exist. Perhaps a better bet would be the newer models current to one generation out.

sent two emails to dealer about jeep commander and they never had the decency to even reply but after reading there reviews it's no wonder. they give new meaning to used car salesman

Bait and switch masters. They advertise great deals but magically none of those vehicles are available when you get to the lot, however, they are still listed on the site. When I finally settled on a grand Cherokee, they wouldn't let me test drive it until I registered the vehicle. After waiting two weeks for them to fix the vehicle (they claim to have rebuilt the engine) there were braking issues and the engine burned oil. I had to fight to get my deposit back.

Cliff got me approved at a great rate and below my expected payment they put the Jeep I bought through their shops and delivered me the quality Jeep at a great price, they know what they're doing when it comes to pre-owned jeeps.

Just don't. If you have read these reviews you should have all the information you need to avoid these dealerships. My advice to you, stay local and ask fellow customers about dealers background before even stepping a foot on their lot. A little checking will save you future headaches.

BUYER BEWARE Complete thieves from start to finish. 1) They did not have any of the Jeeps listed on the site at the dealership. However, they did suggest that they had a better option that was in much better condition and would last longer without having to put any money into it and if there was anything wrong with it they would fix it before it left the lot. 30 days later had to put 1k into it, 30 days after another 1800k, and just had to put another 2k into it. Haven't had the car for 6 months and had to put close to 5k into the car. 2) They completely put in the wrong loan amount without us being aware from what the original agreed-upon sale price. The Orginal Sale price agreed upon was 5995 and with taxes etc came out to 6995. The loan amount they put in was close to 10k. 3) Taking advantage of an Elderly Woman by throwing papers at her to sign without disclosing any information about the loan. I could go on and on

Don't waste your time! I have called twice and emailed several times with No Response. The 1st phone call promised that a salesperson would get back to me - NOTHING. The 2nd call produced a "ok, I will make sure that they get your message - NOTHING. No response to emails at all! Wow! Is this a SCAM?!

After countless attempts to reach out to this dealership, it's been made more than obvious they have no interest in speaking to a serious buyer online. Not everyone interested is local. Not everyone lives a 9-5 lifestyle. I'm a commercial driver, in the driveaway industry, traveling the country delivering vehicles. I don't necesarrily have time to play phone tag all day while I'm driving. Especially when technology allows us other means of communication that's more convenient. I'm in the market for more than one vehicle (ZJ, WJ, XJ) to use as a tow vehicle. I have tried to contact them electronically through here, email, and their own website so many times in the last year or so, I've lost count. Not once have I received a response. Either they're just listing a bunch of unicorns trying to lure people to the lot, or they're not interested in selling any of them. LOL Something not adding up here...
