Auto Boutique

This was my first time buying a nice, newish vehicle and Jordan helped get me into the right car for a decent price. I had a lot of questions as a first time buyer and he deftly answered all of them honestly and thoroughly. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was happy to help when I mentioned that the vehicle I wanted had some issues with the brakes- they replaced the rotors and front brakes for me, free of charge. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the financial side of things- I was initially quoted at 6.09% APR for my vehicle, and when it came time to sign the papers, that had increased to over 7%, which I didn't notice until I was already home and the papers had been signed. The finance manager did not divulge to me that the APR had increased or why it had, along with also attempting to sell me different upcharges and insurances on the vehicle past the point of annoyance. I'm also not a massive fan of the compulsory paint/chip protection that they have on all their vehicles; that was an added expense that I would have preferred to go without. Jordan's a 5 star, but unfortunately I can't say the same for the experience as a whole. On the bright side, the car is running great and I'm still very happy with the purchase overall.

What an amazing place. Lots of wonderful vehicles to choose from and everyone their is so down to earth and friendly. No pressure like at other places. I despise vehicle shopping but am so glad I found this Toyota Highlander here, and Bryan is definitely one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Thank you Bryan, Thank you everyone
