The level of frustration i was feeling with disreputable dealers was pretty high, but AustinEautos is fantastic. Everything was pleasant, easy, and professional! I can't think of any reason not to buy from them again! From the first click to having my vehicle delivered was easy and reassuring. Most highly recommended!

I closed this deal in just about four conversations with Denise. I cannot recall a smoother vehicle transaction than this one. I spoke a few times via text, then on the weekend I called her around one hour before their closing time. I arrived 1645 and by 1700, the deal was sealed. With some assistance from Stephanie in the finance section, I was able to complete the transaction same day for my 2021 Model 3 Tesla. Then they delivered my car to my front door free of charge. I cannot speak any higher about this dealership. Professional, accommodating and most importantly; understanding. Definitely recommend!

Excellent overall experience. Dave Kerr is a good example of someone who has integrity. Throughout the buying process he was open and honest about the condition of the vehicle, he took videos of both the exterior and interior, and worked hard to find us the best financing for our needs. He and Camille, who helped my wife through the process, were not pushy or high pressure. They also accommodated us and stayed open late on a Saturday to show us the vehicle and then purchase it. We drove in from Ft. Worth to see the vehicle after having a terrible experience with a different dealer. The vehicle we bought was very clean, drove well, and came in at a good price. It was exactly as represented and had nothing to hide. I would not hesitate to buy another car with the them. They treat you like family and have high quality vehicles. Dave and Camille are the very definition of professional.
