Overall the customer service experience with the service department was very good to excellent, Richie (my advisor) was very good guiding me through the process of cost estimate, communication with insurance, providing the necessary information for the claim, etc. My only complain is with the repair, in the process of replacing the windshield a little visor clip got broken, the dashboard was scratched (approx. 3 to 4 inches long but thin scratch) and a stain in a small area of the dashboard to (may be glue or similar), enough to be noticed thought. The dealer was very professional pointing out the broken clip and offered to replace it at no cost; they did not have it available right away and had to be ordered. The scratch and the stain I noticed once I parked the car at home, I mentioned the issue to Richie and have an appointment schedule for 9/30 to hopefully get the issue resolved, will update my review after then.
If I could give 0 stars i would. I called audi south and north orlando. When I called them they were magically able to get me in within a few days. Very fast. I was unable to make it to my appointment due to not having a ride. "Unfortunately" audi is not able to provide loaner vehicles. I was told "their cars are selling to fast". So as a adult I am not able to handle my own responsibilities. I'm new to Orlando so I don't have someone I can just call for a ride. I don't like asking others to go out of there way regardless. It shouldn't come to that. The second this appeared to be a free job, as I have an extended warranty for my pump. My reschedule is now magically weeks out once they found this might be a free job. I again today was not able to obtain a ride. Again.. I'm told I have to go to the back of the line the second time. People that have waited less time should not go first. A real business would prioritize this is issue. But they're prioritizing money. This much is clear. I keep getting told they will schedule me and an " advisor" will contact me for a sooner time. I've been told this twice before. No one called. I was also told for the third time today this would happen. I made the agent on the phone aware these "advisors" must be imaginary. Because no one has contacted me thus far. She stated she will see if she could get one now. Either the phone call dropped or she hung up. She stated I kept breaking up despite being on a wifi call. So you can only imagine what actually happened. I have been treated like complete dirt by this company.. I haven't been able to work due to their lack in ability to keep loaner cars. Also lack of professionalism to help me with their car that failed to work properly. Not sure what else to do or where to go from here. You guys have my number. I got no call back attempt after being hung up on. I'd like to see some accountability taken. But that doesn't seem likely. You can go to a Honda dealership and get a loaner. yet audi cannot?

I ordered a custom S5 and it only took 7 months. The staff was a tremendous help. It only took a couple of hours to get through the whole process when I picked it up. I highly recommend Audi South Orlando.
Excellent experience ,very friendly stuff,especially Mr Mo Hind.We will visit and buy another Audi product from Audi south of Orlando.

Austin, who I bought a vehicle from prior, was awesome. He was professional, easy going and genuinely wanted to get me what I needed. When the vehicle I wanted was held up with a delayed inspection. He worked to find me a better option at better price.. I really appreciated that! He even came to pick me up!! Process was simple, no hassles, Great experience and will be buying again in the future!
