Audi of Bedford

I shopped Nationwide for a low mileage TT Roadster for over a month. I finally found a certified pre-owned TT at Audi of Bedford in Ohio. I live in Maryland and this is my 4th Audi and my first used car purchase. I worked with Max Duffy who was exceptional. He sent me videos of the car as it went through the CPO process. I bought this car without ever seeing it in person or test driving it which was nerve wracking. It took about 3 weeks but it finally arrived and exceeded my expectations. Even the paperwork was done in my home and they arranged for a notary to go through the contract with me. In the end I got this car 18K under original MSRP with only 20K miles on it. Great job Audi of Bedford. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership.

Bedford Audi was my second Audi dealer to go to. First place didn't seem very interested in selling a new Audi to me. Did a online initial price, Maxwell followed up with attractive pricing. Also, with video. Went and drove 2 cars, then decided go to 5series from 4. Maxwell is knowledgeable, patient. Overall am satisfied with dealership. We agreed on price and waited for car to come. Just like I wanted. Maxwell says something and he'll stand by it. Much appreciated to do business with him, maybe another 4 years and we can do it again. Thanks

The service was excellent. They picked my car up in th morning, left me a very nice loaner car, a Q5, and returned my car in the afternoon when I got home from taking my friend to the doctor. They were just wonderful!
