A Sincerely Great Experience [Pre-owned A4]
I joined the Audi Family after years of being a Mazda driver. I purchased a pre-owned Audi A4 from Derek, Zack, and their team. Everyone there impressed me at every step of the process. At no point did feel any less important than someone buying a new car. I was treated especially well and I am incredibly happy with everything they did for me. From the very first contact, they promptly responded to every email or voicemail. They provided video walkthroughs of the car to inform me of what to expect before my visit. When I arrived they gave me a quick tour of the facility and brought the car around. I was able to test drive with their newest employee, Christian, who was very knowledgable and happy to help me learn the features of the car. Thanks to the great rapport with Derek, I felt comfortable putting money down to hold the car later that same day. They were very accommodating to giving me time to get my finances in order that week. Upon returning to seal the deal, I was greeted warmly like a friend and quickly was able to sign documents to purchase. The whole event took less than an hour and I was able to drive away in my freshly washed and detailed A4. They made it shine! In short, this was the single easiest and the most positive car purchased experience I have ever had. Audi of Bedford is great, their team is top-notch, and I cannot recommend them enough. I'll be back when I'm ready for the next Audi!

Excellent Team Work !!!
Will and Zak both did an amazing job helping us. The team work that Audi showed really was above and beyond. I’ve never seen a team work so well with each other to satisfy the customers. It was extremely busy at the time we were there but we never felt unattended to. This is our first Audi and definitely will not be our last!!! Bedford Audi will be seeing us again. Thank you all!! Team work makes the dream work!!!

New Car Experience
Awesome experience - took test drive, got quotes on two trade ins, and negotiated price all within an hour after sitting in a rival dealership for over two hours and never received a trade in quote. All employees of this dealership were extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend Audi of Bedford! Have dealt with them twice now and both experiences outstanding.

Entire day wasted
This was suppose to be for a factory recall, repair quote and tint quote. We were please that they offered contactless service to pick up and drop off. However, the drive showed up an hour late and was rather rude. Additionally after 9 hours at the dealership there was no communication and no quote was given for a window tint. The lack of communication between departments was less then ideal. Furthermore when my vehicle was returned there was a new scratch and a missing tire cap. Overall would not recommend.

Superb care; personalized. They have innovated in the way things happen, and all interactions are electronic (signatures), with superb hygiene and efficiency. The service experts are very courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help and answer questions.

horrible customer service
Caveat emptor! wow, wow, wow. This Dealership is the WORST of ALL TIME!!! Had a deposit on a car and had to reschedule pickup. They didn't like that fact so they went ahead and refunded my deposit and sold the car to someone else. Pure scumbaggery. Their "word" is worthless...
