Worst Car Dealership on my List! They will attempt to sell you a Used vehicle in need of $1,000's in repair. Get your Vehicle checked by a Certified Reputable Mechanic. I would definitely Not Recommend Audi of Bedford to my Worst Enemy!!!

Easy scheduling, no surprises, great communication via text option. Waiting room was comfy and stocked with great coffee. Even got some work done while I waited.

Everything about this dealership is top notch. I purchased a Q7 a few years ago and every service appointment has been stellar. We’ve loved my Audi so much, we recently order 2 more with Andy. He’s incredibly helpful, honest and not a cheesy car salesman in any kind of way.

The only thing I can complain about is the lack of parts because of the pandemic. Service is always very friendly and helpful and my man Benjamin is awesome

I was traveling from Washington, DC to Cleveland when an indicator light on the dashboard of my S5 lit up half-way across the Pa. Turnpike. Thankfully, the car was able to get us to our destination. Although I spoke with my service advisor in DC, I was now in Cleveland. I called Audi Bedford and spoke with Ben Boggs. Arrangements were made to bring the car in and have one of the service techs take a look. It turned out the fuel pump needed to be replaced but the part was not in stock. It had to be ordered and it was already early Friday afternoon. Ben was absolutely amazing. He placed the order for the needed part and assured me it would get there on time for me to be able to have the car back on Monday at noon. He let me know by 11:30 Monday morning the car was ready. Although this was a rather “inconvenient” situation, Ben and his crew were great. They came through in a very efficient manner and took excellent care of my car. I would certainly recommend Audi Bedford to anyone who needs service with their car. They should be very proud and delighted to have someone so professional and customer-oriented on their team.

Very knowledgeable, reasonable and accommodating sales team. Made right on expectations even in an inventory challenged market. Finance and closing process was easy, informed and efficient.
