Worst Stealership Ever
Worst Car Dealership on my List! They will attempt to sell you a Used vehicle in need of $1,000's in repair. Get your Vehicle checked by a Certified Reputable Mechanic. I would definitely Not Recommend Audi of Bedford to my Worst Enemy!!!

I was traveling from Washington, DC to Cleveland when an indicator light on the dashboard of my S5 lit up half-way across the Pa. Turnpike. Thankfully, the car was able to get us to our destination. Although I spoke with my service advisor in DC, I was now in Cleveland. I called Audi Bedford and spoke with Ben Boggs. Arrangements were made to bring the car in and have one of the service techs take a look. It turned out the fuel pump needed to be replaced but the part was not in stock. It had to be ordered and it was already early Friday afternoon. Ben was absolutely amazing. He placed the order for the needed part and assured me it would get there on time for me to be able to have the car back on Monday at noon. He let me know by 11:30 Monday morning the car was ready. Although this was a rather “inconvenient” situation, Ben and his crew were great. They came through in a very efficient manner and took excellent care of my car. I would certainly recommend Audi Bedford to anyone who needs service with their car. They should be very proud and delighted to have someone so professional and customer-oriented on their team.
